Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indian Trail

If I could give a zero I dang sure would. So I go to this location just now.. always have went to this one and order my stuff through drive through. As always told to pull around with a ten min wait time because it’s never hot and ready anymore. I waited. Then I seen an employee bring out the customers pizza beside me. Ok so I continued to wait trying to have patience. Felt forever so I grabbed my receipt to look at the time and realize it had already been 20 minutes. I’ve been sitting there waiting. So I went inside and said that I had been waiting for 20 minutes even though I was told 10 for my order. What was the status on my order he’s like oh it’s been ready. I said you don’t bring it out to the cars anymore. He said no I said why I seen you just delivered the car beside his pizza and he said that that’s a reoccurring customer is the only reason why he took hers out that they don’t carry pizzas out anymore. I said OK that’s fine but you need to notify people at the window to come in to retrieve their order instead of us, sitting out there, trying to have patience and give y’all time for our order. For one all customers are equal unless of course if there’s some health reason then absolutely .. but I’m sorry if I just standing around doing nothing my customers are first and to top it off they rung my order up incorrectly but I didn’t make a big deal out of it.. but then to find out the didn’t even put our dipping sauce in the box. Update** I was contacted by the district manager and was told that he was personally coming down to the store to fix issue. I definitely appreciate the time he took to respond to my email and also fix the problem I have been back since then and the pizza have been perfect !

• Old Post ** I went to Little Caesars on August 30 at 2:47 PM and Caleb the cashier asked for my order which was the extra most bestest Pepperoni. The first pizza that he brought out was ok but not right out of the oven fresh. I looked at the pizza and was immediately asked if I wanted to wait for a fresh one, I said yes the problem with the first pizza was that it also was lopsided. Caleb told me I had to wait six minutes for a fresh pizza and to wait in the front. About six minutes later he comes out with a fresh pizza and I have the same problem as the first pizza it’s lopsided I asked Caleb why is my pizza lopsided again he said he doesn’t know he said he can grab me another pizza from the back I asked him is it the same person making the pizza that made my last two pizzas he said yes I told him then that means they probably are lopsided too. and that was the end of the conversation no apology or any understanding of why my pizza is the way it is in no way to correct it. We order two pizzas online, sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes at the window as we pulled up there was a guy standing there and he just walked off. Then we waited and waited.. we seen another guy come get a Pepsi out of the fridge for the couple that just walked in.. well thinking that they will come to the window because he seen us and mind you.. we are in a big lifted white truck and you can see us and hear us, anyways.. 5 more minutes pass and NOTHING so I decided to get out of the truck while my fiancé is still at the window and I walk in.. while I’m in there I yelled for someone and I had two guys come up to me and I asked if anyone was working because I had been sitting at the window. They looked at me puzzled and slowly turned to the window to look. I told them that I sat there and watched them and they just turned away, then a woman came out from the back and she then tried to go to the window to where my fiancé was and I told her that he was with me and that I was getting it.. needless to say they can’t use being”busy” as an excuse.
