Victor was great to work with! I saw the TV working in his shop before I took it home and after mounting it on my wall, it wasn't working again. Something funny with the mounting bracket. He tried to troubleshoot it with me over the phone first and then asked me to drop it back off. He figured it out and got it back to me the next day and then didn't charge me for the extra repair.
