I would give 0 stars if I could, I got there and even before I started talking the front desk lady ( Lynn ) already had an attitude of who didn't even want to be there, I asked questions about how I could return tires, and instead of just simply answering which I'm not the type of guy who argues or wants the impossible I just accept policies when people explain them to me nicely, she just said she couldn't do that there and I had to call Walmart and maybe they would do that for me, so instead of having the uncertainty of them not being able to return it for me I just went ahead and clicked on the option online to return it, and it told me to go to the store, I went there and showed her ( Lynn ) the bar code and she simply said, I can't do it here, you got to call Walmart, she didn't check with any of her superiors, someone else or didn't even put a minimal effort into trying to help me, she simply talked like she didn't even work there, "I can't return it, the computer won't let me" because supposedly I bought the tires online, but I picked them up at the store and even online they give you a bar code and tell you to take it back to the store, I would understand if she was polite and just explained to me or at least tried, but since the moment I got there she ( Lynn ) just made sure she would do the most to just make me leave without being able to solve my problem, being very short on answers and just repeatedly saying "you gotta call walmart, you gotta call walmart, you gotta call walmart" and they might be able to help you, like she just didn't want to deal with me or didn't care at all about me having a problem and not being able to solve it, or at least have an answer, until that moment I was polite but at some point I felt disrespected and just felt like she was mistreating me and just disrespecting me because she didn't want to work, at that point I don't know why people like her just don't ask to leave and go find a job that they don't hate, or Walmart should just take action and find someone who would take other people seriously or simply just answer basic questions in a decent nice manner without thinking that they can treat others like trash just because they can. That's not the first time ( Lynn ) treats me like that, I've been there previously and every day I see here she has the same face and attitude, she is arrogant in every chance that she has to be, I am impressed how she still has her job there, like they can't find someone who can do the basic which is just not be arrogant and rude all the time and every day. I just wrote this review today because the other times I just sucked it in and accepted it, but this time was a complete disrespect, I also don't even write reviews but this time I had to. And I'll also avoid shopping there now at all costs The other Guy I spoke to on the phone that also works there (probably in the shop as a tech, not sure) was incredible I'd mention him if I had his name, I'm making sure I'm mentioning him so I don't get people like him on the same boat, I'd give Walmart a 5 stars if it depended on people like him, very educated and explained to me really well everything, so I believe there're lots of great people like that guy working there but people like ( Lynn ) ruin the...
Read moreMy bf and I had to go to this location to get his tire fixed, and I have no problem with the auto service, they were freaking great. But while we were waiting, we went around shopping and I found some cute stuff, my parents found out I was at Walmart and asked me to pick up some wine, since I'm 21. We went to check out, my bf went first and then went to the side, I go up and scan my stuff (some clothes, and a bottle of wine). I pull out my Id, ready to get checked, but instead the clerk goes to my bf who is standing way- and I mean COMPLETELY out of the way (on the other side of the checkout line), , to the side and asks for his ID instead. He's only 20, so I explain that the wine isn't for him, it's for my parents and the only reason he was with me is because he needed a ride to the auto shop, and I needed to get shopping done in the meantime. Keep in mind, the clerk never even checked my id. she said she didn't care and took the wine away. It was a really annoying and super inconvenient experience, my BF doesn't drink, it wasn't for him, and the only thing that the lady succeeded in doing was inconveniencing me and forcing me to drive an additional 20 minutes to another Walmart to get the wine, and guess what, I did not share it with my bf. At the other store, the clerk didn't even ID me. What the heck? There's zero customer satisfaction here, all it made me want to do was never come here again. Huge inconvenience And she was just super rude...
Read moreFour points for the tech and 0 point the front desk.
Set appointment at 10:00 a.m. to replace the two front tires. The tech was very helpful that he recommended a better fitting tire and then they start working on it. At around 12:30 p.m. the tech finished the work and place the car key at the front desk. The manager lady at the front desk refunded me for the wrong tires and then she started chatting and giggling with other customers while I was standing at the cashier waiting for her to ring me out. She just totally ignored me and then went back in the shop no question asked. Until there is a tech walked by asking me why I'm still here then she came out and ran me out with no apology no question asked no eye contact. The same thing when she was refunding me she was not even looking at me and keep chatting with others and randomly pop up some refunding questions for me while I was standing there. I don't want to assume anything racism or if it's just she doesn't like me. I try to be patient and polite as how Christ loves me. But I don't think the respect is mutual. By the end I thanked her and goodbye but I think for the better health of the society this must be...
