I begin as a loyal customer with this salon approximately 2.5 years ago. I have always tipped well and with the exception of a couple of new nail techs that did a poor job, I have been ok with the service. This salon is located between Castleton mall and Keystone at the Crossing which is a very busy area. There has also been added traffic because of a tremendous reconstruction project of the highway in the same area. I am also the Director of Nursing for a skilled facility. I have made all of my appointments. I even continued to use their services after their equipment caught fire and they shut down for several months. Recently, due to the increased construction in the area, I have had to reschedule a couple of my appointments. I called the nail salon to tell them I was stuck in traffic and was unsure if I would make it on time. The main nail tech got frustrated and unexpectedly told me I should begin to handle my appointments via their website. I did. There is NO CANCELLATION POLICY within their salon or on their website. On 5/15, I attempted to reschedule my appointment and received a call from the salon stating that because I have had to reschedule again, I am no longer welcome to make nail appointments but I'll only be allowed service as a "walk-in". I was surprised because there is NO CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY. NO CANCELLATION POLICY WITH SUCH SEVERE CONSEQUENCES IS UNFAIR AND UNREASONABLE FOR PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE TO FIGHT TRAFFIC JUST TO GET TO THEIR SALON. There was no conversation. No warning. I was just told that my I was no longer allowed to make appointments... I have been loyal... and yet I was treated this way. I am disappointed and would like to warn others that this is the attitude of this salon towards faithful and loyal customers. Never again.
Eucy, 4 times in 2 years does not seem excessive to me. I do understand "blocking time" etc., for a loyal customer who is stuck in traffic or caught at work is too much to expect to you, but I disagree. You have no cancelation policy to notify your customers that needing to reschedule 4 times is unacceptable to your salon. You also have not acknowledged the increase in traffic in the area. It's fine. I will be sure to direct anyone I know away from such a rigid, unfair, and disloyal service. There are definitely other options...

Few weeks ago in a jiffy I wanted to pamper me as I was out doing groceries and searched nearby area again to give a try. In area I was....Eucy nails popped up with straight up 5 stars with huge #s of reviews so I called them if they take walk in. I was happy to hear that they welcome walk-in. With skeptical heart...I still went there. I had read plenty about "Dani" and others too. My wish was to try with "Dani" and luckily she was the one who welcomed me. Dani was very patience in listening to my concerns and answered my all questions. Not just that but she sure made me feel comfortable and did not pushed me into anything that my heart refused. I was happy with result ....and the treatment I received at Eucy nails was warming. However.....in 3 days for unknown reason my dip-polish started peeling and I felt sad that one more disappointment.
However.....as soon as I contacted "Dani" about it, she explained that in rare case it may result such but she encouraged me to go in and allow her to redo my nails at no cost. Something honest was in Dani's voice so I went..... I WAS AMAZED by what she did with my nails. It inspired me to instantly make next appt with her and she again treated me like a VIP and she gave good love to my nails.
The name she picked for her Instagram is perfect 😁😁😁 she is a nail witch.
Besides Dani...everyone at Eucy was very friendly. Entire atmosphere was lively....neat and clean. It is a place that anyone can feel relaxed and valued.

I came in and chose a dark brown color for my nails, but when the nail tech started applying the color it came out as a bright yellowish-brown. When she asked me if I liked it I was thrown off since it was nothing like what I thought it would be so I said yes, but the longer I looked at the more I couldn’t stand it. I apologized to her as she was already applying the top coat, and I asked if we could make them darker. She snapped back at me very quickly and aggressively started rubbing off the top coat, which hurt a little bit too considering how quickly she had drilled down my nails and made my cuticles feel like they were on fire. I apologized again and said “that’s my fault” and all she did was apply one more coat and then didn’t attempt to see if I liked them. I was afraid to say anything else without feeling like some major inconvenience even though I paid $75 for something I hated. After that I went to the store and spent more money on my own polish and top coat, and fixed the nails myself at home. This may not have been an important moment for the technician but all I was thinking about the whole time was how I wanted my nails to be presentable for my grandfather’s funeral.
