Jaggers — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Always love the food here! It was always a little hang out spot for my friend and I senior year of hs last year and we love it! The only reason why I’d rate this less than a 5 star is that my order is wrong every single time. I get a grilled chicken with no cheese, every time it has cheese on it. Every.. single.. time. Both in person and drive through. It’s fixed instantly which I appreciate but maybe add a better button so that people can really see no cheese means no cheese. It also doesn’t seem uncommon as I dined in with my mom today and my order was wrong, then the lady’s next to me, then the family behind me. Unfortunately the lady was very upset, visibly throwing a tantrum which was a little uncomfortable as I hate when people treat people in restaurants and retail less than human.. it’s food not the end of the world. And your staff shows a lot of compassion to make it right rather than getting upset like some other people at other restaurants would (this lady seriously went up to the front to talk to the workers at least 8 times and then one worker served this lady like a personal servant getting her a spoon, milkshake, a box, then going back to get napkins, etc. the guy did it with no complaints which good on him I would’ve told her to f off after the first time she yelled it was wrong and looked like a 4 year old doing it.. so embarrassed for people like this in the world. eat at home if you want it to be perfect). Overall very pleased with the food and definitely recommend the milkshakes and grilled chicken, just please Jaggers I don’t think I’ve had my order right more than 4/30 times I’ve been here the last 2 years. I wanted to leave a review regarding my experience yesterday. I had Jaggers a few days ago with my friend. I had got the spicy chicken sandwich combo with a salad instead of fries. It was delicious, so I went back yesterday. I went through the drive through & ordered the same thing, but got fries (I never had them & wanted to try them) & a salad. The person who took my order rang me up for a regular chicken sandwich combo & salad, but didn’t ring up my fries. We added it at the window. They had us pull up & brought our food out to us. When I received my food, my fries were spilled in my bag & they weren’t hot. I went inside to request a refund for the fries, but I was okay with the sandwich & salad. I spoke with a man (I’m assuming is this manager). I explained the situation to him, gave him the fries, & he issued me a refund with no hesitation. I expected to leave, but he told me that he would make me some more fries due to the inconvenience & that he wanted me to be satisfied. I reiterated that he didn’t have to since he refunded me my money, but he insisted he remade them. I will say, everything was absolutely DELICIOUS. The customer service was great. I wanted to leave this review because I truly feel that customer service is so important. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but he was amazing. The food here is amazing & the service is superb. Alright first bad review. Sorry, but blame the tall skinny kid for the majority of this review. Yesterday first time here I always see it’s busy. My wife wants to try it so we do. Tell the guy first time here he hands us a pamphlet and asks what we want. I ask what’s good he says everything. Cmon a generic response no enthusiasm nothing. So my wife orders tenders and fries I ask how big are the burgers. Guy says .3 oz… idk what .3oz of a burger is is it a 1/3 lb? Says no .3oz…. Is that half pound? To he says no it’s .3oz I finally ask is it a slider? No it’s a burger… cmon kid if you don’t like your job quit… then I get my burger and tots. Tots are soggy old and can tell been in the window for a while. I know a lot of people say how far was your drive? Not far I parked in the parking lot to eat. Then I get my burger it’s a 1/3 lb.
