I walked into this store to return a cellphone accessory that my phone was too big for. The manager came up to the register, and in a heightened voice and in the middle of training a young lady, and exclaims "why does everyone come to this store to make returns? Please explain it to me." I informed him that I was in another town on yesterday and up in coming home, this location was closest to my home. He then turns to the trainee and says "I don't understand it. People come from all over the state to return things to this store". He continued to used very obvious sarcasm, then turns to the trainee to continue walking her through how to do a return then says "and now we're stuck with another product." Truly felt disrespected.

Good as can be expected. The one staff person I seen working immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any help. This employee took me directly to what I was looking for that day, helped me make an informed decision, and helped me save money by getting a quality product far cheaper than other retail stores around.
