We started using this Walgreens for prescriptions not too long ago and it's been a great experience so far. Today though, I witnessed a Pharmacy Tech totally humiliate a customer who was clearly confused about his medication refills. The Tech, a petite young woman who looks like she's of Asian descent, was so loud while talking down to a middle-aged man, saying his medications out loud so everyone heard. He even said "shhhh" to her but she got even louder it seemed. She kept saying what medications he had in his profile and that he was confused about what color certain pills are, etc. Even when he said that he had a certain medication, she shook her head on disgust and responded condescendingly "but that's not a pink pill! You asking for a medication that's not pink, it's white!" Then she even went to the back and came back with pills to show him and was like "See!! This isn't pink!!" She was loud, rude, condescending and showed absolutely no compassion for this man who was CLEARLY confused. I mentioned it to another Tech, a gentleman who is so respectful and cool and he even he said she was very rude. My thing is, if you don't like your job then find something else to do but don't violate a person's privacy and humiliate them in front of others to make them feel stupid. Shame on her and she needs to be fired. Hope the store management team reads...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI do not come to Walgreens for much but what I do purchase is photo cards. I had made a card and decided to pick it up at the 16th & Meridian location by my job because my store on 52nd & Keystone NEVER have my cards ready. I had to do two more cards and was already home. I put in a order for two birthday photo cards. Says they'll be done at 7:55pm. I had my bf pick them up for me. He called me and said "NEVER HAVE ME GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN!" I asked why and he tells me. He said the cashier said they weren't ready. He asked "what do you mean?" She says "just what I said!" He says "I received an email saying its ready!" She says "when we get the request that what it automatically sends out!" I ended up getting my cards. The machine is always "broke" at that store. My issue is do not send out emails and texts saying something is ready and it's not! A few minutes is okay but this was unacceptable in the tone of the lazy disrespectful cashier! DO BETTER & get better FRIENDLIER people...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was flying in from DC and had several items printed at this Walgreens for my sisterās 50-person bridal shower the next day. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, so I called the store to ask a question about my print job and to my surprise, I was connected with Ariana, who was an absolute lifesaver.
She was so helpful in making sure everything was printing correctly and went above and beyond to ease my worries. Ariana was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional.
When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by Ariana and the other amazing ladies behind the counter. They had such great energy. On what had been a stressful travel day, they turned my mood completely around.
Thank you, Ariana and the entire Walgreens team, for your exceptional customer service and kindness. You all deserve a raise and a bonus. TRuly the best Walgreens print experience...
