From day one at audio electronics, I was very unsure and uneducated about my options and and knowledge of exactly what I want to put in my car. I made a first visit to audio electronics, 1 week before my installation date, where Josh (the owner) assisted me by answering every question I had, modeling different sub and amp combinations and determining what would be the best for my budget and my car. After this first visit I came back 4-5 days later and we sat down and picked out what sub and install I was going to have done for my car. We decided the best approach for me would be for his team to install the head unit, and lay wire from the battery and the head unit (of course taking the battery wire through the firewall to the inside of the vehicle) and laying them on the floor boards for me to later install, when I received the amp I bought off of amazon. We signed up a date and met again 4 days later to have the install completed and purchase the sub and box for my vehicle (which he also assembled the sub into the box for free). The install only took around an hour and a half. Upon completing the install, he brought my vehicle back around and showed me what was done. It was incredible! I was worried having an older vehicle and lower price of install, and me being a younger customer, that it might affect the quality they would put into the job, BUT I WAS WAY WRONG. These guys are professionals and love what they do. Everything was delivered as promised and they went above and beyond for me. He invited me to come back with my separately bought amp so that he could tune it for me (For Free) and have it perform to the best of it's ability. I of course brought it back 4 days later and he not only tuned the amp, but helped explain different filter settings on my head unit to send better sound to the speakers and sub separately. Josh and his team are incredible and genuine. The price may be a little higher if not on the brink of competition with others, but you most definetly get what you pay for, and it is done right,...

I had a remote start installed on my 2017 WRX STI 6 speed manual, push button start. Let me start by saying this is not an easy install. I had several professional shops say they Would rather not have to install that system in my car. Luckily I found this place to do so. It wasn’t without issues though. Like any electronics they can fail or not work the way you want them to. Many places offer lifetime warranty’s, but a warranty is only as good as the shop and it’s owner. Needless to say the remote start system did not work like I expected it to. A lot of my features were disabled and it was more of an inconvenience then a convenience for me. I contacted Josh (the owner) he looked into things after I expressed my concerns. He removed my old system and replaced it with a whole different brand. Him and his techs spent countless hours figuring the system out and working out the bugs. It was a system they don’t typically use, but for my car it is what was needed to activate my features. After about a day an half of labor it was replaced and programmed the way I wanted it!!! Best part is he didn’t charge me a dime!!! It is very hard to find a shop that stands behind there work! Most shops promise you things and once the install is done they are a ghost. Not this place!!! As a result they will have a customer for life!!! Little bit of backstory, called a location near me that installs remote starters and told them I was interested in getting a remote starter installed for my 03 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I asked the person on the phone if I needed to set up an appointment and he said that no that customers normally just drop off their cars and pick it up when it's ready. A week after I take my car in at roughly 7:55 am (according to google this place opens at 8am) I noticed the open sign was on so I figured I'd go inside. Older guy greets me very rudely to the point where I just didn't want to be there anymore or ever.

I was determined to find a place that installs remote starters that have and also treat their customers a whole lot better so I asked on reddit for any advice. A fellow redditor gave high praise to Audio Electronics so I gave them a call and set up an appointment and they set me up for an appointment in just 2 days. They installed my remote starter the same day of the appointment and it works perfectly. This place closes at 6pm which is exactly the time when class ends, the owner of the store went out of his way and stayed an extra few minutes at the shop so I could go pick up my car. I am very very grateful for this place, they saved me the trip to my parking lot just to turn on my car. 10/10 would recommend, well...
