HORRIBLE !!!!!! I went and bought 3 banana splits and upon signing my credit card receipt realized I was charged $116.00 the manager said sorry and I would have the money back by midnight.. checked at 1:00 am and nothing , checked at 6:00 am and nothing, checked at 10:00 am and nothing .. Called back and the manager said they did not show it on his books and it would take 2-3 business days , I then said that is not what you said originally and that I would be calling higher management he got smart and hung up. A hour later another manager called and left me a voicemail basically saying they were out of it and to call my bank because the money was given back to me , I already had called my bank and they said they seen the money was taken but not given back. I then called back and a lady named Amber got very smart with me and then the manager told me he did not know what I was so angry for and I said "I am angry because you overcharged me $100.00 and now you are screwing around with me , He then stated that I was not gonna yell at him and I told him I have not even begun to yell and he hung up , my mother called and basically got the same attitude ending in being hung up on. I am furious and will never go back and will continue to let everyone know about my horrid experience at the establishment dealing with the managers Joey and Steven !! Do not go here .. The one located on 7116 keystone is a MUCH better place and that is where I will go...
Read moreVisit on 8-29-2016 around 7:30, the young lady was rude when she asked what I wanted, I got to the window, handed her the exact amount $4.24 for a small heath blizzard, she counted the change first, the 4 ones were already spread apart, she sat them down, then started counting them slowly, I said, " sweetheart, can I have my blizzard please? she looked at me and said, I gotta count the money first, I replied, sweetheart, the blizzard is sitting in the sun, she picked it up, held it in her hand, money already in the drawer at yhis point, told me again, she had to count the money before she gives me the product, still holding on to the bluzzard, continuing on about the money. The Manager walked up, asked her what was wrong, her relply, "she's mad because I had to count the money, now he has a nasty attitude.
