I hate to leave negative reviews, but I had a very disappointing experience with iSpace. I hope that others can read this review and learn from my mistakes.
I bought six used training tables from ispace. When the tables arrived only two of them matched the photos. The width of the ALL of the tables was six inches less than the description. 2 of the 6 tables did not have “locking” casters as advertised. 3 of the tables had holes for cord management, which was not included in the description it photos. Since I was using the tables for my middle school classroom, the holes and lack of wheel locks made 5 of the 6 tables unusable.
Although Kris and Samuel were willing to issue a refund, they were not willing to split the $400 delivery fee.
In order to return them I would have had to pay the delivery fee AND the cost to rent and uhaul ($325 including milage) in addition to the $400 delivery fee. Paying $725 to return tables that cost $950 did not seem reasonable - especially when they used a truck they owned and a salaried employee to make the delivery. It felt like a more than fair compromise to ask them to pay $200 of the $725 cost to return tables that did not fit the description or photos.
In all fairness, they did give me 7 tables for the price of 6. They did also set up delivery to Michigan with one of their employees. They were very responsive by text and phone.
On the other hand, the tables did sit in their warehouse for several months. I also saw them advertised for $75 on Facebook marketplace post when I bought them for $150. The measurements were inaccurate and half of the tables did not match the photos and two of the tables had broken wheel locks.
If ordering used furniture from ispace, I recommend seeing all of the items you will purchase in person or via video call. My error was that I ordered six “matching” tables but only saw one of them because the others were “in the back.” I’ve learned from my costly mistake and hope...

I live out of town and the owner opened up his store after hours so I could look around, which was very helpful since it is sometimes hard to get a good feel for things just by looking in a catalog. I shared some thoughts on what I was looking for, as well as some dimensions of my home office. Once they had that, they came back with suggestions and things I might want to consider or keep in mind. They were tremendously helpful and never pushy. The gentlemen who came to my house were just that— gentlemen. They handled my new furniture like it was fine antique china! Great group of guys! I actually have another piece I want to buy, but haven’t had time to reach out.
I would buy from these folks again, any day of the week and twice on Monday.
