This place has no fans and lighting in kitchen or bedroom no screens in Windows not painted cob webs in kitchen living room not really updated where I'm at just moved in Maintenance is a joke need new Maintence supervisor no carpet any where in my Apt was not cleaned when I move in had to stop do first walls ruff and bad drywall fix right. Streets have pot holes as bad as Indy. Girl Assult here few days ago.Management here and home office need changed. I waited three day and still no Maintence on unit so I go this weekend with out it this place is run down I got pics of just wires with twist caps the wire running to the box is not code I encourage city to come out they can see for self back yard maintance no certificate to work on air conditioning We need real Maintence and real supervisor people who know codes and laws. TRAINED. Fire alarms don't work and have not for awhile. Three quarters of this place is empty fire damage It will take years for this place to be nice ya cheap I worry about fires and shooting here It's been several months now nothing change Management and Maintence still joke still have roaches spray is joke so is company they hired. Dishwasher still broke can't fix right still no screens for my windows. Only positive thing paved all lots. Closed pool after open because use wrong paint peel off walls I heard. Still gun shots dope pitbulls security still joke. I wrote letter to RBG.llc over week ago still nothing things are not going to change here. Don't expect a lot and you will not be Disappointed. We got a new property Manager nothing has changed no hot water again today we have no water the new person won't even talk to me made appointment she's to busy. Until they fire Maintence men we will continue to have problems here. They said they would let me out of my lease I told them no. I don't recommend this place looks like I my walking papers today I complain to much Again no hot water every week everyone tired of BS city has been called and out several times for a year no hot water no pressure Do Not move Here...

I'd like to preface this review by stating that if I could rate this apartment with 0 stars, I would. We lived at Warren Harbor from August 2012 to July 2013.

Advertised "fully renovated" apartments, and playground/basketball court areas; None of these were true. The linoleum in our kitchen and bath was torn and on move in were promised a fixed floor which never happened. The apartment was dirty, as if their cleaning staff had merely walked in and back out. The dishwasher was "fixed" twice to no avail. Among a pool of annoyances with what was supposed to be a "renovated apartment."

After moving in maintenance removed the A/C unit from our apartment, in the midst of August, stating they would be replacing it with one that didn't cost the company so much money. It was never replaced. After writing in three times over the course of a month to formally request it be fixed, I began asking questions at their office with the promise of "it should be done in a week" three months later it was not complete and I had moved out. Having an apartment that is constantly at 90 degrees with three fans blowing consistently is not a fun way to spend a summer.

The tenants here were often times rude. We had people living around us who smoked pot on numerous days out of a week making our apartment stink. Someone offered to sell us drugs numerous times after move in, with no response from the apartment staff. A guy above us had his music constantly blaring with no common decency to stop after being politely asked.

The worst place I have ever lived, I wouldn't wish anyone to ever live somewhere filled with such irritating staffing and tenants. If you're looking to rent from Warren...

This place is trash. It looks nice, new remodeled apts, nice driveway BUT the tenants are delinquents. Packages are stolen constantly, kids are allowed to run in and out of empty apts causing havoc. People just randomly knock on your door . Neighbors fighting all the time. You can’t complain to the office, the lady in the front asks rhetorical and ridiculous questions when you complain. The other lady just hands you a paper with their “security” people’s number and exceeds you call them yet there is no security to prevent this from happening. They won’t rent to Decent, hard-working people but if you hand them money, they quickly give you an apartment where you are allowed to do illegal things and you to go to the office and complain about it because the office does not care after you have signed the contract. The receptionist doesn’t like taking ANY complaints from tenants, it annoys her and those are her precise words. They rather YOU the tenant invest in a security camera for yourself out of your own pocket yet rent here starts in the $900s. This housing company has money to invest in making the place look pretty but not in their tenants security INSIDE the apt buildings. Living here is basically fending...
