The service here is spectacular. I had poorly planned for a good friend of mines birthday and had forgotten to get them a gift. With less than a few days before the birthday and just a fews before Christmas I had contacted Sam for a specific piece that I had seen on their Instagram page. They answered my request almost immediately, which was pretty surprising due to it being as close as it was to the holidays. I explained to them my situation and the urgency of pendant. We worked out the details via text and phone calls and almost as soon as the payment was processed I received the diamond pendant at my front door. And I live in Sacramento, Ca. I thought the pendant was marvelous when I saw it on the Instagram but gosh when I saw it in person my friend almost receive just a birthday card and gift card for their birthday. The piece is really amazing you can tell it was made with care and it came with a free 20” Franco chain which I truly appreciate. And on top of the amazing customer service, response and shipping time, marvelous work and beautiful packaging with the free chain, they had the best price for the piece that I wanted in the game. Terrible service. I purchased a name plate necklace for my daughter and the clasp broke as soon as she put it on. I took it in and they shipped it off to be fixed. The next time she put it on it did the same thing. When I took it in the second time, they advised that I should have purchased a thicker chain and that the first one was hollow. If a jeweler has this information prior to the sale, then it should have been disclosed to give me the opportunity to purchase the thicker chain instead of trying to upsell me when I’m coming in for a repair on a jewelry that can’t be worn. This is terrible business practice! I am extremely disappointed and wish that I have not done business with this jeweler but now I’m stuck with a custom necklace that is...
