If you're looking for an ice cream place that offers a healthier and more diverse range of options, Squarescoop in Indy is the place to go. As someone who has been there over 25 times, I can confidently say that it's the best ice cream place hands down in Indy.

I've always loved their vanilla, Lemoreo, Turkish Coffee, chocolate, cookies and cream flavors. The Lemoreo flavor is a perfect blend of lemon and Oreo that is tangy, sweet, and refreshing all at once. And the Turkish Coffee flavor is rich, smooth, and just the right amount of bold. The Cookies and Cream flavor is loaded with chunks of Oreos and has the perfect balance of creamy and crunchy textures.

As someone who's always on the hunt for healthier dessert options, Squarescoop never disappoints. Every visit feels like a new adventure, and I always end up leaving with a smile on my face. After having dinner just down the street we came here for dessert. There’s a free public parking lot right on the corner that was totally open on a Friday around 5p in late July. I looked at pictures of this place a heads of time and noticed they offered a flavor called Graham Central Station. That’s a flavor I’ve only ever found at Handels. So is this the same thing??

I went with a scoop of Graham Central Station and a scoop of their famous Lemon Oreo. The former tasted pretty darn similar to what I’ve had - it was delicious! The Lemon was fine. The lemon flavor didn’t have much of a citrus zing, but there were plenty of large Oreo chunks.

My husband tried a chocolate peanut butter shake. It was fine, but nothing special.

I guess this is a sister place of LiftOff, with both places serving Sundae's ice cream. I had a significantly friendlier experience here, and found it to be more inviting. They have a bathroom also!

I had a few standouts here. Turkish Coffee was a stellar mix of cream and espresso. Key Lime Pie was tart with wonderful graham cracker crust pieces inside. Lemoreo was basically tart lemon bar with Oreo pieces, awesome.

Same price as LiftOff, but in a neighborhood where I found more to do and eat at. If I came back, I personally wouldn't go to LiftOff. LiftOff may be better if you live in the area nearby, or if they have a flavor that you want, but Square Scoop seems to be a more fun area for visitors looking to maximize...
