The day was hot with an incredible breeze. In search of a good cup of joe, I gracefully stumbled into this business. The door closing silently behind me I approached the counter, ready to order as I looked at the menu beforehand. But to my disappointment, they no longer served what I had spent many minutes deciding on.

The friendly bearded barista noticed my sadness and called over some bubbly backup as they began to brainstorm. With a "Do you trust us?" They began to mix and match, determined to make me a delicious refreshing drink.

Before swiping that debit card I took a swig of what they created. Smooth refreshing Italian lemonade soda. Imagine really good lemonade with a hint of honey and a whole lotta bubbles!

My cousin recommended Bovaconti Coffee to me! She lives in Fountain Square and is a frequent customer. She also told me that before it was a coffee shop, the location was Bovaconti Jewelers. Our Grandfather bought our Grandmother’s engagement ring there! Her father bought her mother’s ring there too!! It was SO special going inside! There’s a place where you can sit and visit or work that was where the jewelry used to placed to view from the street. I thought that was so cool! It is the neatest environment!! Cute spot and friendly staff, I usually get an iced Spanish latte which is great. The reason I say 4/5 is because the last time I went I got the matcha iced latte. I make matcha lattes at home almost daily but wanted to try theirs. Anyone who is familiar enough with matcha knows quality is important, lesser quality matcha tastes fishy and not sweet and earthy like higher quality. My latte was very unpleasant and tossed it within two sips. It could also be the matcha is of fine quality but the storage of it isn’t. If not airtight or it is exposed to sun it can change the flavor. So maybe skip the matcha but can’t to wrong with...
