DISCLAIMER: (responding to your inadequate feedback) JORDAN, YELLING?? Now whose lying?. I understand that you're trying to save face because of your low reviews (numbers don't lie) but to say I was yelling?? Come on. Let's be truthful. I asked the nice server why do I have to SHOW you that I confirmed the order when I told you I did? I went on to explain to her that it makes me feel uncomfortable because it makes me feel like you're assuming I'm a thief and a liar and YOU jumped in with the NASTIEST attitude! Let's be forreal sir. You were mad because I was asking, NOT YELLING, about why am I being interrogated for picking up an order to deliver. I been doing this for 3 years as a side job and I have great ratings. For me to be treated like a CHILD, THIEF AND A LIAR is totally unacceptable as well as you chiming in with YOUR unprofessional behavior! Take ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR BEHAVIOR SIR. No apologies needed! Do better! Have a wonderful rest of your day!

Why am I NOT surprised that this place is under a 4 star rating. "JORDAN" who claims he's the "owner" (5'8, heavy set, black hair, neck length) not only was RUDE AS HELL, he ARGUED with me IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, while I was picking up an order.) VERY unprofessional, not to mention, the restaurant itself looks dirty. Here's the thing, they already give off discrimination vibes but to literally ARGUE with me in front of customers because i questioned him about calling me a thief?? WOW. I DEFINITELY WOULDNT GIVE MY...

I work/ run a business in the area and frequent this restaurant at least a couple of times a week due to business lunches. The last 2 times I have been during lunch time- have been horrible. The first of those 2 occasions we were not greeted at the door for quite some time, waited for drinks while the server played on his phone. When we got our food the order was incorrect. Sent it back to be corrected and the second plate of food was cold- cheese inside enchilada was not melted and rice seemed as if it had been pulled from a fridge. Today we went in and sat for 10 minutes without any server coming to the table. Once he did come he immediately asked for our orders before bringing drinks or chips/salsa out. After we placed our order we waited at least another 10 minutes without drinks before the server came to us with another tables food order. At this point we even asked for our drinks and the server just walked away. After another 5 minutes or so we decided to just leave. On our way out my husband went to speak with the server who had been on his phone most of the time to tell him we were leaving and the server actually just waved him off towards the door. After over 7 years of coming to El Arado- we decided we will not be coming back. Locos restuarant down the street turned out to be a much...

We have our “go to” Mexican restaurant but this time we decided to try a new place for something new and we had a coupon 😉 El Arado is located in beautiful Fountain Square a perfect location right on the corner so if your lucky enough to get a window seat like we did you have a great people watching spot. We ordered the chorizo queso for our appetizer it was very good and we also enjoyed the chips and salsa I like my salsa with a little kick and it was perfect!! I ordered the donkey burrito with shrimp and queso make sure your hungry this thing is gigantic!! I’m pretty sure it was “12” inches long and stuffed with everything you could want in a burrito it was AMAZING!! My wife ordered the chicken fajitas and she enjoyed her meal very much. We had the churros for desert served with cherry and chocolate sauce ice cream whipped cream sprinkles and a 🍒 it was so yummy. I could not give this place five stars because our service was very slow our waiter started off by not giving us straws for our drinks (again the salsa is pretty spicy) I think the staff was eating dinner or watching something on tv because they were all gathered at one table our guy was over there too so he was not as attentive as we would have liked during our meal. If your a patient soul and want some good Mexican/TexMex food this...

We stopped here because the place was not busy. All the other restaurants were packed full of people and we did not feel like fighting the crowd to eat. This review is based on service because we did not get a chance to eat at this place because no one took our order. We did get some chips. When we walked in we were greeted by a friendly hostess. It was really warm inside the building and my wife asked to be seated at a booth. I am not sure if the staff did not like us but after siting for about 10 minutes and watching people getting to order who came in after us we decided to leave. We didn't even get a menu.

DON'T DO IT.... So food was okay. NOT TERRIBLE, however kids were supposed to eat free. We were charged, also charged 2xs for dessert. I advise you check your receipt. Last but not least my favorite part of the evening. My daughter felt like something fell on her but couldn't see anything, however when she lifted her arm I seen what she felt. A nice full grown cockroach running down her arm. Of course she freaked out and flicked it off and we got the waiters attention and pointed where it landed. He said oh okay and no further action was taken. Won't EVER be going back.
