I have never given a negative review or filed a complaint about a store or a service before until now. So I'm not exaggerating when I say that my mother and I received horrible treatment at this store. We couldn't find a basket and didn't know the metal racks that held the baskets were racks, we thought they were carriers you pulled with the basket at the bottom instead. Completely unaware, my mother and I were in line, about to place our items on the conveyor belt and I turned around to see an employee running towards us with a cart. She immediately started yelling at us, gaining the attention of half of the front of the store, screaming things such as, "What are you doing? That is a basket rack, you can't use this to carry your items! I need this back right now! Where did you find this?" She proceeded to yank the top of the rack away, humiliating my mother as the employee yelled, "I need this back right now! Where did you take this from? I need to know now!" We embarrassedly fumbled to remember as she fumed, and eventually told her it was somewhere near the grocery section that we used it as a carrier because we couldn't find any others and that we didn't know it was a rack. She then began taking our items which we were about to put on the belt, and threw them into a cart, breaking several of the items to which there was only one of and we couldn't buy and therefore use. My mother proceeded to calmly ask her if we could put it on the conveyor belt instead since we were checking out anyways, so she listened to my mother but then started throwing the items onto the conveyor belt, breaking more items we were about to purchase. My mother then calmly told her that she was speaking and acting "very rudely" and was "treating us poorly as customers". The employee shook her head quickly and said "No, I"m not. No, I'm not," as she proceeded to throw more items on the belt. She then yelled more at us, as she pulled the rack with the basket attached away. My mother then nicely asked the customers in front of us, a mother and a daughter, "Did you think that was rude, or was it just me?" The other customer then proceeded to tell us that they thought she was a b-word and treated us horribly. Several people turned around not only for the scene that was made, but also as the employee proceeded to yell rudely at other people for not moving over to cash register stations that had recently opened up. I have ALWAYS loved Target and I have never had a problem with any Target store until this one. The employee was accusatory, acting like we had committed a major crime for being obliviously confused on the proper use of a basket, physically aggressive with our items, angrily defensive when we requested calmer communication, raising her voice at us when we didn't know we had done anything wrong, and to be frank, she was beyond rude. I work in retail myself, and I personally think from my own experience this was a demonstration of terrible customer service, and truly she demonstrated an inability to act even civilly as a person. Once again, I would like to say that I don't like giving negative reviews nor have I given one before, but my mother is an angel and to see her being treated so poorly by an employee truly hurts my heart and that is why I am writing this. So even though the cashier was friendly and kind when we finally checked out, because of the employee's treatment of my mother and I, I will never shop at this...
Read moreNever liked this place. I called and asked how much a microwave is and the lady told me their 40$ I go there with 60$ just to find the cheapest one there is 70$! I asked where they keep the Popsicle holders and the girl I asked couldn't have looked more pissed that I was bothering her with my question while she flirts with a male coworker. I went in another time with my wife and 2 kids and the cashier started hitting on me, she even asked me for my number in front of my wife, if my children weren't there I wouldn't be surprised if my wife would have attacked the lady, it was very rude. Another time I went I bought a baby swing for 250$ 2 months latter it stops working! They refused to replace it so j bought another one, 3 weeks and the second broke, so I went to return it, sorry no returns over 100$ the next thing I bought from here is a laptop, I asked the guy if this computer would be able to do this and that and he said yes, I asked him if it's not what I'm looking for can I bring it back, he said yes when I unpacked it it was total junk! So I brought it back just to be told no electronics can be returned, then I was told I can return it tomorrow when the manager gets in so I come back the next day just so I can be told no returns over 100$ I can't stand this place, most of the people here are snooty stuck up idiots who can't do their job, it's obvious they hire people who are young and attractive and could care less if they have a brain. Rude nasty people I won't...

Today I was on my bike and I forgot my lock, so I brought the bike in with me. no big deal I thought, it's 9am and I'll be in and out. something I've done before with no problem and have seen others do with no problem. somehow today it was a problem, and I was told all those other people I saw before were given a firm talking to not do it again. then on the way out a large man working the curbside pickup pushes past me and two other silver haired customers in front of me to squeeze thru the front door like he's running groceries for the pentagon. it's like they're doing everything they can to make me not want to come here which stinks because of how convenient the location is.
the last three times I've been here, I have observed green and moldy strawberries in the produce section. the employees are also getting very bold with the carts, they should be trained to make way for customers. I know this store is a nice store so maybe some people just weren't trained properly and it...
