MilkShake Factory Nora — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I’ve been waiting patiently for Milkshake Factory to open in the neighborhood!! I was driving and literally said to myself, “I wonder if that new place is open?” AND IT WAS!! So of course I had to drop by!

There was a line but definitely wasn’t a hassle! We waiting no more than 5 minutes! We were greeted with smiles and a positive atmosphere! It was a nice surprise to see that they also had chocolates as well! And bonus was that we could sample any and everything! They also had great deals and decent prices as well!

I got the non-dairy cookies and cream shake! We don’t eat dairy and so my friend was hesitant at first about going but I had a feeling they’d have options for us! The milkshake was 10/10 delicious!! I liked that they also had a variety of flavors and options throughout the menu. Maybe one day I’ll brave it out and try some of their dairy options. If the nondairy was good I know those are too! I actually just read that you can replace any shakes with the non-dairy option! That’s amazing!

Serious thoughts and I hate to say it “I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK”.

How in the hell do you have 8-9 people working behind the cash register and still move extremely slow? I didn’t get my order till 10:10PM.

When I came in Yes, I was greeted that’s cool in all but the HYPE about the SHAKE? WHAT SHAKE? THEY MADE MY MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP SHAKE LITERALLY A “MALT”. NOTHING ABOUT IT GAVE “SHAKE” IT WASNT THICK WITH DENSITY. IT WAS RUNNY…AND THEY PUT MORE HOT FUGE IN IT THAN THE ACTUAL ICE CREAM AND TOO MANY CHOCOLATE CHIPS… HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Came in because of the free cake pop promo. My husband ordered by saying “we’re just going to split the chocolate fudge brownie milkshake”. They didn’t comment on this. Over looking the receipt I notice a $1.50 charge to split it. We didn’t need it split between two cups. He only meant that we were just getting one. They should have asked us. We decided not to say anything and let it go. They called our name and I walked up to see the two tiniest cups of our milkshake split in 2. This is a joke for spending $8.55 before tax. Playing an additional $1.50 to have an obviously less amount than everyone else who has a single cup. And tipping a dollar. It came to $11.30 for this.
