Stopped by for gas and snacks on 4-13-23, around 3pm, the outside was dirty as, and the store seemed unorganized and messy as if a zoo had a stampede marathon inside the food mart. I said I'd then treat myself at the Dairy Queen there. Got a soft serve that was already melting before I could even start to eat it, my chicken tenders were a mix of hot and cold (not fully cooked, that could lead to salmonella poisoning), and the cashiers at both the food mart and Dairy Queen were very uninterested in their jobs and seemed to be hopelessly doing what they've been instructed to do. Not to mention the homeless man on the side of the building digging through the trash bags, soliciting from me as I walked to and from my car out of the food mart, then proceeded to ask the half dozen people refueling as well. This Circle K is really saddening despite its additions. Their general services and customer service are lacking in so many areas. Management isn't up to par, with respect to everything that needs tending to, and is too busy trying to figure out what happened to the next cashier(who apparently showed up late to her shift) and instead of the manager helping the single female cashier on-site at the time, she left the single employee to deal with a line of customers who were getting aggro like myself.
TO ALL REALISTIC PEOPLE, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: This place looks great on the outside, but on the inside of the food mart, along with the dysfunctionality of the food mart, and the Dairy Queen, I now know to spend my money elsewhere next time. Trust me. The service is ratchet as. Coachella, do better, you too Indio. Placing large dysfunctional establishments that look lavish, yet fail to provide the bare necessities such as functional employees, and a disaster of a place (regardless of color schemes around the buildings) is truly berating and saddening to and for customers spending their hard earned money here. I'm going elsewhere, Circle K needs to get it together. Even if this store is a corporately owned or franchisee owned, it's dang obvious the corporation or owners don't care about their customers, and only care about their money coming into their pockets. Trust me, I'm no doctor, but I am a member of the International Honors Society of Business, and this place is sad with the overview of the entire establishment, respectively. -A.M., M.B.A.,...
Read moreAfter a long day of working healthcare, I decided to stop at my local Circle K to grab a beverage before going home. As I approach the counter, there were two women dealing with trash inside, tying the bag up. One of the women stepped away to assist me. (The one tying bag) She put her hand on top of my drink without washing her hands. I simply asked her could she wash her hands before dealing with me or could I scan it.She immediately got angry, and said she’s not dealing with me and sent the other lady who was just doing the same thing to deal with me . I did not want to deal with her because her attitude was similar to the lady that I just dealt with. I spoke to SONU very nice gentleman. He was willing to fix the problem. I thought he was going to scan my items, but he took it back to the front for the other girl to scan my items. She then told him ,she’s not gonna scan my items ,because she tried and I said no which I did. because of her not washing or sanitizing her hands as well .she asked the customer that she was assisting ,Was she nice to her ? and the customer said yes. I think it’s very rude to ask someone was their experience nice when she just made my experience a living hell after an eight hour shift. When working in public settings, I think people should really work on their customer service skills. If you don’t want to assist people or be there, why do you pick that type of job or field if you have to have an attitude while assisting . And I think everyone should wash your hands after each encounter with people or touching things bacteria live...
Read moreNice, clean, well stocked store. I come here solely because of the ice. They've got the good ice. Better than Sonic. I'm telling you, I am an ice professional and this is it. You do have to pay $0.89 (the price of a drink, EVEN if you bring your own cup) which is BS but I pay it because it's a guilty pleasure. I get it without the drink, just the ice. They sell gas, cigarettes, lottery tickets, gas station hot food, cold sandwiches and fruit. Lots and lots of snacks. Cheapest candy bar is over 2.50, small bags of gummie candies $3.99 which seems to be average price for most snacks. They have more choices for coffee than I've ever seen along with flavorings, different flavor creams, marshmallows. They have 4 fountain drink stands with many brands of soda. If you pay for gas you can opt to pay for a carwash in store or at the pump at GoGo car wash on the property as well and get $0.20 off per gallon of gas. There is also a Dairy Queen grill on the same property. Staff are decent and professional but rarely smile nor do they act happy you're there. They have security on site. Clean and stocked restrooms and you need a clerk to let you in which keeps the riffraff out. If you're an ice connoisseur like me, check out this Circle K. I've tried them all in the Valley and...
