Farmers Insurance - Jay Gutierrez — Local services in Ingleside

Have had all vehicles with Farmer's for 9 yrs through an agent in Ingleside, Albert Rodriguez. Began home insurance as well in 8/20. Shortly thereafter it changed to Jay Gutierrez. Middle of November 2020 I am contacted by same informing me that my home insurance was invalid and was never covered. TWO months later. Mr Gutierrez went on to say that was due to former agent did business with companies that he did not. And when I expressed my severe disappointment and concern that I went through 2 mo of the worst hurricane season with no coverage, he became condescending.
