Alright to start off, I've been here three times since I moved down here. Only because I received a gift card and its on my way to work. But let me say this. ALL THREE TIMES HAVE BEEN AWFUL!!! First time: Burnt BREAD. My bread was black. Like they forgot about the one customer they had at the time. Second time: I ask for toasted.. I open the sandwich at work and its soggy. Like how do you even do that?? Final time: After sitting at the drive thru for a minute or so with no answer. I finally get an answer that goes "GO AHEAD" nothing else just a go ahead... Im like alright w.e so i order. I order a spicy italian with lots of olives and some pickles. Also some spices and stuff. Ok not hard. ( I worked at subway, its not hard to make that sandwich). I pull up to the window and sit there for another few minutes with no body answering. Finally i start playing with my phone while i wait. Well she decides to pop her head out and try to hand me my cokes. Says here's your cokes. I say thank you. Then just says 11.44. I hand her my card she disappears for a few minutes again. Finally comes back with my card and hands it to me without saying anything. I say thank you. Nothing... Then disappears to finish my sub i think. Comes back like 30 seconds later and hands me my food. Doesnt say nothing. Yet again i say thank you. NO RESPONSE. Finally as im driving away she says have a goodnight with an attitude. The service here is just poor. Avoid this location...

The turnaround there is so high you are seeing new faces almost just about everything you walk in. That day, we had no greeting as there were new faces. I had no idea the team member was completing an order for another customer. There was no "I'll be right with you" or any acknowledgment. We looked like we were weird because we had a coupon and a question. Order was taken, and payment rendered, and we felt like we were being shoed out the door. The team member even made a comment to the affect of, I'm sorry and laughing that she wasn't trying to make it seem like she was trying to say like hurry up, you already paid now get out... Now I have had my share of jobs in the food service industry, and yes it is not pleasant at times, but if you are going to work food service, at least do it with a smile. It makes taking that meal home after a long day,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve started coming here since moving to Ingleside. The ladies in the evening after 5pm are amazing. I came through today, 1/22/22 and there was a guy working there alone. Went through the drive thru and ordered on the kiosk. Got 3 different foot long subs. I never got a receipt, and my subs were sad. One had no meat whatsoever on it and very little veggies. Another also had very light veggies and was mostly bread. And the third was supposed to be the teriyaki sweet onion sub and all it had in it was cheese, sauce and the meat. No veggies. Iām a little disappointed, but I wonāt let it ruin my day. I just hope he puts a little more work and care into his job. Iāve been there personally and understand the dread of working a Saturday as a teenager. But please donāt take...
