Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ingleside

The manager seemed very concerned about the dust in the corners of the ceiling. While we were eating in the lobby, she sent a worker out to dust the light fixtures and ceiling. Then she came out herself to inspect the workers job. She then yelled across the lobby that this worker needed to come back and do more dusting because the corner of the window by the ceiling had dust still. What if you just didn't dust over people's food while they're sitting there? Gross. On top of that, what if you cleaned the actual surfaces customers will be looking at first? I promise I wouldn't have noticed dust in the window by the ceiling, but I had to try 5 tables because the first 4 had cheese all over the chairs/bench, and the floor had cheese all over it too. I have to assume this manager was getting ready for a walk through from a higher-up. I also have to assume this was her first week with a job because only an incompetent person would tell a worker to dust above a customer who is eating in their lobby. That job could have waited 10 minutes until we were finished, and we were the only people in the lobby, so it was going to be empty soon. 2 stars instead of 1 because the food itself was okay and didn't...

I only had cash and wanted to go into the lobby to order. I stood there for a couple minutes before someone finally noticed me. How ever she was the drive through worker and said they would be with me soon. .... not so much. A few more minutes went by and then a worker on the line rudely informed me that I could just use the kiosk to order instead of waiting. I told her I had cash, she laughed a little shrugged her shoulder and went back to the line. I saw a few more people walking around the back area just dropping from and such then just standing there. Finally after a couple more minutes I just went back to my vehicle and went to drive through since they only seem to pay attention to that. My order was not correct. I ordered the 12 taco box and 8 of them where to be only meat and cheese and the other 4 regular, all of them where only meet and cheese. My crunchwrap had so little meat on it I could bearly taste it. I ended up scraping one half of it to the other side making it somewhat better. I would rather drive to a further one than...

went to order the same thing i always get, nachos but add lettuce and rice. asked for two the same way, and to change the taco to a doritos one, and she seemed to have trouble ringing them up so we tried to ask if she had added our add-ons and she told us “it comes with lettuce” and sent us forward. one of the tacos wasn’t changed but we let that slide and paid. stopped to check and make sure and neither of the nachos had lettuce and one barely had any rice on it, so i went in an asked if we could get them fixed. she offered to remake them and threw away the old ones (what a waste) and then charged me the dollar for the lettuce even though they were the ones who messed up taking our order. the least they could’ve done was just fix them. and now they still barely have rice but i wasn’t about to go through it a second time. i’ve never had this much trouble ordering this, it’s two...
