I’m looking for a worker and couldn’t find one I thought it was the lady standing outside he sees me and gets off his car another guy there was looking for him too bc his machine also wasn’t working. I told him the water wasn’t coming out and he was just being rude telling me I’m not gonna argue with you and went back to sit in his car. When I went back to the front desk the other guy who needed help walked up too. He ignored me so I asked for the managers number he said for what bc your not helping me he said most people know how to use a machine and went back to his car. This guy should be in here assisting the customers and cleaning the place. Everything is so filthy and dust and machines need to be wiped down and floor needs to be swept. I believe her name is 'Bri', it could be short for Brianna or something. The reason I start my review with this person is this. She is extremely rude, egotistical and has a huge false sense of self entitlement. For someone that washes dirty underwear and clothes, she thinks very highly of herself. As if she were controlling the country's nuclear arsenal. These aren't facts it's my opinion, but I would say majority of my critical analyzations fall into majority of society's as well. If I am paying a reputable company to provide a service and this person is representing that company, this person is staining the reputation of that company. I have never taken time to write a review IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! That's how bad her service is. I actually wasted these few minutes to complain...

I come very regularly and I have no issues. Today I had an issue with the machine E FL sign.. I used to work on these types of washers the excuse the tenant said was that it was over filled….. I had my mother help me move my belongings to different machines and it filled not even half of one or the other.. If you wanna know what the sign meant. It’s due to the water not filling in time.. literally look it up and it’s an easy fix.. not over filled.. just check the hoses. Literally, to much soap previously… no refund or help just I can’t help you with that. They have had bad reps before.. I won’t be coming back after this.
