Please, for the love of God, do not stay here. I spent less than 10 minutes in this building because I was so desperate to get out! Any time I go to hotels or motels, or anywhere, that isn’t my home, I check the bedding, and thankfully, I made no exceptions. When lifting the sheets I found what looked like bodily fluid stains by the headboard, and more bodily fluid stains on the corner of the “mattress protector.” Yes, I was on a budget when booking this place, and almost convinced myself to just sleep on the floor. But I was staying for 3 nights and felt like sleeping on a bed wasn’t a hard ask. I grabbed my bags and went right back to the desk to give my keypad back. The manager asked what was wrong with my room. I told him the bedding was disgustingly dirty. He told me it was impossible for the bedding to be dirty because they just made the bed. I told him there were stains on the bedding that looked bloody. Again, he told me it was impossible, but that I could leave if I wanted to, but that if I decided to go elsewhere, I wouldn’t get a refund. I had spent nearly $300 on a bloodstained mattress and this man wouldn't refund me? I had never be to CA before and was already having a tough day, and all I wanted was to take a nap. Denying me a refund was the last straw and I left in tears. Please don’t waste your money!! Spend the extra $50-$100 and stay anywhere else in the...
Read moreI really don't know where to start with this. We checked in around 4pm at this "hotel" which is honestly more like a hostel with private rooms as there's a shared bathroom for each floor. We found out about the shared bathroom on each floor when the person in front of us checked in, and the girl checking us in said "And you're aware of the shared restrooms" and I said "oh yeah, we just learned about it." Nothing at all about that was aggressive, but she decided to say "you have free cancellation, you can just leave" when I looked at her and said that it's not like we were prepared with another hotel reservation and we had nowhere else to go, she then counters with "well it says it on the website when you book that there are shared bathrooms" and no, no it does not. Room amenities say that there are microwaves and daily housekeeping, which there were neither. Also the idea that the pillows and bed are cozy is a joke. The singular positive about this hotel is that it is incredibly close to SoFi/the Forum so if you're in for like, a night or maybe two max it works, but honestly just spend a little money on a hotel down the road so you don't have to use the tiniest shared bathroom...
Read moreFor a simple airport/venue place to stay they are missing THREE glaringly obvious things for any hotel accommodations.
ONE microwave anywhere in the building, even one. Stunningly basic accommodations. The hosts HARASSING guests who enter; if one is not given paperwork to sign at check-in that states "no guests", one very much can have friends and family accompany them in or out, or stay with them while on their brief layover or venue visit. And the family who owns this place, turned this into a mutli-lingual issue in front of us an other guests checking-in. It was embarrassing for them. The shared bathrooms is a choice in hotel accommodations i do not mind when its designed securely. The toilets and shower stalls are in one room for women, and another room for men, on each floor. There is no way to have real privacy with the showers. They are right at the entrances of the bathroom door. While someone else uses the toilet next to you in an open air stall.
I would not even have written these reviews at all IF THEY JUST HAD A...
