My mom bought a mattress for her sofa bed. She go the wrong item. We went and spoke to them about the issue. One of the sellers said "yes i remember you, and you have purchased a items here before", we told them it was the wrong mattress they gave her. She asked for a full and they gave her a queen. We couldn't take the mattress back because we had covid. When we asked about it the man said "yes bring it back", we took it back and then he said " NO, that is not our mattress, we don't sell that brand". I said what do you mean, you said to bring it back and now you said it's not yours. The seller said; "it's not ours and we will not give you credit" . Then he began talking to his partner in their native tongue and I said "it is yours". I told them i was going to get the receipt and he said he did not care, he was not exchanging it. What kind of service is this. They know its their product. Nobody has money to throw away at...

I've been buying ALL of my furniture from them since my 1st apartment in 1993. I love the fact that if I show them a picture, NO MATTER WHAT, they will find my item in a Catalogue. I've never had any problem with the quality of ANY of their items but I am dilligent in testing, sitting on/checking the sturdiness on the items I'm interested in purchasing. If I find them not to my liking I'll ask for something similiar in style but better quality...that's where the catalogue comes in handy. I might pay a higher price than the demo on the showroom floor but I get what I want and its to my standards and comfort level. They are really good with customizing your orders or at least they have been with me. I have a new delivery coming today to my new home....

Excellent service! I purchased a beautiful sectional and I love it! They were very helpful and the guys who delivered it went above and beyond to make sure my couch arrived in A-1 condition, even upon bringing it upstairs, getting it through my door, they handled it with special care! I'm definitely doing business again with Warehouse...
