El Rancho Market — Local services in Inglewood

It was horrible El Rancho is not baby friendly. July 10th, 2018 I called around 10:30am to see if they had availability a lady answered and said yes a non-smoking room with 2 beds (which was perfect because I have a 2 year old son and 10 month old daughter) but that I would to wait until check-in time which was 11am. I said ok I'll be there caucht the bus there and we got there 2 mins early 10:58. A guy answer with a nasty attidue and said' " check in is at 11 nothing's ready". I said ok I didn't realize it wasn't 11 I'll go to BK and come back. Went back at a quarter past 11am and asked if they had any availability. No all our room need there carpet washed so you wont be able to check in until 6pm. I said but when I called this morning round 10 a lady said there was a non-smoking room with 2 beds available that's the one I want. He said it can't be rented because the carpet needs to be cleaned and it won't be ready until 6. So why when I called you said there was one available but I had to wait for 11 2 check in ? In the end a older lady saw what happened who had just stayed there and rented it in her name and they asked her 2 wait 30 mins to go in but she could pay for the room now. I gave her the money she gave me the key. Now it's 7/11/18 my birthday and I want to keep the room another night so I go down to re-rent tge room and a lady tells me I can't I have to check out because the carpet has to be washed and I have to come back and check in at 6, and where's the lady who...

I read review before i went to this store, and i read one review said that Asian guy tried overcharge that person, but my cashier was Asian lady. And for just purchasing regular vegetables $54 is too expensive, i know around how much costs everything. But when i went to car I counted my items was 6 but on my receipt they charge 7 stuff and i counted again and again. You can’t tell for what they charge, they don’t put names. I think they take advantage of that, I thought lady was telling me with weird voice total price. I needed count right there. So they doing for sure something. Just check right there if you feel price seems high. Price was not high when i was putting to my cart, just cashier for sure put around +$10 unfortunately.
