This is a store that is not deserving of the one star. First off I have a ESA/ Service animal. I was bombarded upon entry by Larry who asked me now for the second time about my animal. I showed documents not once but twice in which I should not have to be presenting as to I have never had to do that additionally anywhere else. He then proceeds to tell me that my animal whom is LEGALLY AND FEDERALLY REGISTERED is not qualified. He had visually seen a document from my provider and a document from my federal registration. Still told me my animal is not qualified. Followed me until I departed the store. Well how is it that my animal is qualified for federal regulations, and for my physician recommended as well as my apartment but yet not sufficient for a department store with used merchandise. I have NEVER experienced such a disgrace of service. Any time I have ever taken my animal, I have been asked if she is a service animal, told yes and then respectfully left the f alone. Will never support this location or store again. The value that they have shown in the treatment of a person who was more than willing to be kind enough to show some stuff that he did not need to see and yet he tells me my animal is not considered a service animal to be in a department store. Poor service. Poor treatment and overly priced merchandise for people...
Read moreI normally love to come to this savers but I was there about a week ago and I also go to look at the jewelry vases. So I walked up to the jewelry counter and waited 20 minutes at the counter while the lady just kept looking over at me while helping a different customer, not even acknowledging I was there. I nicely went an asked her if anyone else could help me she said “Nope! We’re understaffed.” Super snobby and then I said again nicely that I had just been waiting a while and only wanted to look at one thing quick. After I said this she, right in front of me by the way, rolled her eyes and said “Okay.” Might I add this is not a young worker. She was probably 35, Short hair that was dark, with a tattoo that looks an awful lot like a Nazi symbol. I have never seen a worker here be this mean and it honestly ruined my night. She finally eventually helped me after probably around 30 minutes at this point and said “We don’t have any of the jewelry vases. Sorry.” Then when right back to another customer. I just wished before I waited for that long instead of staring at me while helping another customer.. JUST ASK ME WHAT I WANTED TO LOOK AT. Then she could’ve originally just told me that they don’t have them and I wouldn’t have had to wait. She honestly had made me worry to see her everytime I come back here now and should...
Read moreUsed to have pretty decent prices and goods after opening, but has gone downhill quickly like many other Savers stores. One time I bought a handful of Wustof knives from behind the case and the woman seemed to imply that they were priced incorrectly. Grrrrrl I am paying exactly what the merchandise is tagged! They have had a fake bar of Chanel soap for above MSRP behind the counter for months
I am finally writing this review because now they zip tie all their shoes together and don't want you to try out a pair of dirty Nikes that they tagged for $25+. I regularly find merchandise that costs more than MSRP, and sometimes more than the tagged MSRP on the product. I'll still stop for a browse if I'm driving past, but this store is no longer on my thrift store route, even if it's a mile from the Goodwill on...
