I went in for a a spa pedicure and manicure, no polish color just clear. I kept complaining that the water was cold. I sat for at least 20 minutes in the water before anyone came and spoke to me. I went for the sunshine quencher pedicure. I got burnt with the rock. She did not say anything just put it on my leg. The woman who did my spa pedicure did not paint my toe at the end and left the toe separators in while putting on the sandals.i had to remind her that I should have clear polish on my toes. I went to get a manicure and decided to try the dip. As the guy was doing the dip I told him I did not like it. He told me that he normally puts Three coats but someone told him to only put one. I asked him who told him and since he is the manager he should figure it out because I never spoke to anyone. He left only to return and say he couldn’t find the person. He said he would add the other coats. I told him I did not like it does not look natural as I requested. I also complained to him about my pedicure and his response is that she is new. It was almost closing time and I asked to speak to the owner but was told he was not in. I paid $115 and left. The next day I called and spoke to someone who said he was the owner I explained what happened and he said he would call me back. Still has not returned my call. When I call the phone will ring and someone will literally pick it up and hang up. I sent an email explaining the same thing no response. My nails look horrible on my hands and toes. I absolutely do not like to complain but this experience was horrible. I will not be going back her. I will continue to call. They cannot fix the experience or service I need a refund. I did not want to put a star but this system makes me put one in...

I’ve been going to this salon for the past year and a half. Generally have had an ok experience but the last time I went I was constantly asked to add services. I have always stayed with a Spa pedicure and regular polish. Today I asked for the same service and was told I would get better service If I got a more expensive pedicure. I reiterated I wanted the Spa pedicure, regular polish. No hot towel today which is part of the service as printed in their menu. Tammy rushed thru the pedicure and then asked if I wanted nail art which again I said I wanted the service I asked for. I was seated under the air dryer but she never turned it on. Paid by card for the service and was told my payment plus 20% tip didn’t go thru. Was hounded by them to take out cash from their atm machine on site and pay for my visit. I checked my account and the payment did go thru to them. They continued to try to say it did not and their machine was not working. I got my bank on the phone and suddenly their machine was working and they could see my payment. All of this in front of all customers in the salon. I’ve been a customer for quite some time but after today I will be taking my business elsewhere where there is no badgering upsell, no possibility of being asked to pay in cash instead of with a card, and no embarrassment trying to be acussed of not paying, in front of the entire salon!!! Will let others know of today’s experience and to stay away...

why make appointments when they keep taking walk ins? I sat there 35 minutes pasted my appt time. I cannot believe how fast they are I guess they wanna take as many clients as possible but I would like to think they care about the work they do. Kathy the lady I had was so fast she didn't care how bad she made my nails look also she kept complaining about the polish I picked then started saying "not only are your nails painted but so is your skin" ummm yes I see that could you fix it?? then she ignored me completely. when she was finished painting my "skin" I asked her about the part she missed during the fill? not only is my paint job the looks of a 2 year old but the fill and nails are missing or too much acrylic. NEVER EVER WOULD I GO BACK HERE. I GUESS WHEN MY PLACE I USUALLY GO TO IS BOOKED FOR THE DAY THERES A REASON... I JUST NEED TO WAIT AND NOT TRY OTHER PLACES.. I went in to show my regular gal what my nails look like and she felt so bad that she took me right away and FIX all of them. IF YOU WANT NICE NAILS DONT GO HERE!!
