Unsure of the older ladies name that I had a horrible experience with but I have been in customer service and sales for 10 years and she with out a doubt needs training on how to treat people. She treated me like I was at fault for the drink carrier breaking while passing me it and got upset and walked away I do appreciate the drinks being made again in a timely fashion but what I don’t appreciate is the attitude that came with it . I could have got just as upset being a customer and having the drinks fall due to quality of the carrier but I did not I know things happen. But for an employee to get an attitude with me over something small as a carrier breaking is unacceptable. Furthermore I get out the car and pick up the broken cups off the ground and I tried handing it back to her to throw away for me because it still was wet and she told me she can’t take that back and closed the window , so I had to park my vehicle go inside and throw it away . I wasn’t trying to hand her the cups to reuse them so I don’t see why she couldn’t just throw the cups away. I’ve been to this location multiple times and always have had great experiences but this was not okay. The drink is expresso so it would come out with little coffee but we wanted a venti cup with full ice so the expresso can melt over time as we sitting around and enjoy. The guy who made our drink was a white guy. He put our drinks in small cup for us. When I asked for a venti cup with ice. He told me: “I will not give you any more coffee than that”. I was what the heck was that. We are customers, not beggars. We don’t ask for more of anything, that is the way we enjoy our custom drink. He remake our drink and slammed it on the counter as he hang it to us with an angry voice. The drink was so messy and it ruined our morning. I asked for a refund and the nice lady at the counter remade it for us. Which was nice. But today, when I come back again, they refuse do our custom drink. That is a terrible service they do. I placed an online order, and if it says it'll be ready in 3–5 minutes, then yes, I’m going to pull up around that time. And when I get told over the speaker that my order is ready and to pull forward, I expect it to be ready especially at a location I come to regularly and already know takes forever, which it did today.
I’m used to waiting, that’s not the issue. What pissed me off was that girl being rude to my husband, with some serious attitude, “Sorry about the wait, but next time you should’ve wait 12 minutes, it’s store policy.” Excuse me?The way she said it was rude and dismissive, like we were the problem.
