I just wanna take this time to shoutout Tori. She is an amazing manager and overall an amazing person. I came to this Caribou for the first time ever. I was having a really sad day today and Tori happened to be the person on the speaker box. Tori must’ve noticed that I was down and when I pulled up to the window, she had a little chat with me. She asked me what happened, and I immediately told her. I don’t know if it was her comforting voice or her comforting smile that made me automatically express my feelings to her. During this moment, Tori gave me kind and courageous support. Tori has an incredible ability to make people feel valued and understood. Her compassionate nature and genuine concern for others shine through in everything she does. She didn't just offer words of comfort; she made me feel seen and heard, which is something rare and deeply appreciated. Her kindness and courage in offering support during my tough time were truly remarkable. Ordered my drink 10 minutes before I arrived, wasn’t ready when I got there, so I asked if they had an order for mobile order with my name- she rudely said it’s coming. I waited for another 10 minutes before she acknowledged me again.. I was the only one standing there, it was around 2pm, so they were not busy.. finally she rudely told me to go to the cashier to the re-order my drink. Showed the cashier my mobile order with the app, and they finally made my drink. 15 minutes after arriving at the store, and 25 minutes after I had made the order online. if they come back to me with , "that's less chocolate" I'll have u pay for all diabetic peoples insulin bills, this is a constant ,I drink caribou daily, and every 2 or 3 days I get this extra sweet stuff, is it really too much to ask to pay attention?
