CorePower Yoga - Woodbridge — Local services in Irvine

I love this CorePower center! I've been to several (and most of them are also fabulous!) but this place just has IT. Call it feng shui, call it good lighting, or call it good location. It just has that feeling of comfort about it. When you step in makes you think maybe you (as a college student) shouldn't be there for all the high end touches, but once you meet the front desk you'll feel different! The girls (and guys!) that teach at CorePower are amazing!

They don't try to get you to buy stuff, they don't pressure you, and they offer TONS of smiles and are amazingly helpful if you're first timer! I take their C1 class (it's for beginners) most of the time. I've taken other classes, but for some reason the basics are the best--at least for me! The thing I love most is in the beginning they give a little thing to think about for the day and I've found that more often than not, it was exactly what I needed to hear!

I can't pick out any one favorite instructor because insofar they've all been amazing and friendly and truly love doing what they do! They're happy to chat with you after class and offer you advice and help! One instructor even took half an hour after class to teach my friend Yoga moves she could as my friend has scoliosis. How's that for loving what you teach!?

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for this hot yoga studio. It’s not just a place to move and sweat—it has become a sanctuary where I’ve learned the deeper meaning of focus, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.

Through the consistent practice here, I’ve discovered the power of moving meditation. The heat, the flow, the intentionality behind each class—it all comes together to quiet the noise of everyday life and bring me fully into the present moment. I’ve found a deeper connection to my body and breath than I ever thought possible.

This studio has become an essential part of my mental and emotional health. I leave every class feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded. I’m so thankful for the community, the warmth (literal and metaphorical!), and the peace it brings...

A week ago I gave this studio 5 stars. Last night as I was in the WOMENS locker room changing (fully undressed) I was confronted by another woman who informed me THERE WERE MEN IN THE LOCKER ROOM. This is not a question of gender identity. These were male plumbers. There were NO announcements, NO signs, NO prior warning. I informed the front desk immediately and have no idea what action they took because I was so upset I left. They have done nothing to follow up with me.
