This is a fantastic gym for anyone who is interested in strength training and are looking for great equipment and a respectful gym environment. The gym space is laid out thoughtfully with plenty of accessory machines (e.g. belt squat, cable machine, leg press, treadmill) and areas for compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift).
There are a total of 3 combo racks (squat and bench), 3 deadlift platforms, and 2 cages (squat and bench). Great assortment of barbells (stiff, specialty alike) and plenty of dumbbells and benches. There's plenty of kilogram and pound plates available for all of your compound lifting needs and more.
There's also a nice cubby for putting your stuff (e.g. car keys, water bottle, small bag) away while you're training so you don't have to carry your stuff around. Drinks are available for purchase, and there's also a water dispenser if you're trying to stay hydrated.
Last but not least: I really want to give a shout out to Renaldo, the owner of Rebel Strength. He is one of the nicest and most welcoming people you'll ever meet. Thank you so...
Read moreI've been weightlifting for a couple years and have had a hip imbalance for YEARS. The more I would squat heavier, the imbalance would continue to get worse and worse. For the longest time, I had a high shoulder and it would drive me absolutely crazy. Ive met with more than a half dozen PTs specializing in Sports Medicine with Athlete style injuries. They all told me my hips arent too bad but that I needed to just take some time off lifting and improve my upper body strength and work on my rotator cuffs and mid/low traps along with serratus anterior exercises. I mean, it did help a bit but once I started getting to similar weights I used to lift, the same injuries would result and I honest to god felt absolutely helpless and sort of depressed. Later when Renaldo worked on me, I found out that my weaker tight left hip was causing all the imbalances on my upper body, which explains ALOT about what was going on with my lifts and how my body felt.
Renaldo gave me a second chance to lift again. I cant thank him enough for his knowledge and expertise. HIGHLY...
