I'm rating this a 1 straight across bc first I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich. They let me know after I ordered they were out of them. So they gave me a bacon, egg cheddar cheese sandwich. I also ordered the blackberry sage lemonade. They informed me afterwards they were out of the sage so they gave me the dragon fruit mango lemonade. I had waited for a good 20 minutes walked up to the counter and still nothing for me. After 10 more minutes a total of a half an hour of waiting I asked the cashier what happened with my order. She wanted to see my receipt of which I gave her. She came back and kind of hand at me my receipt back and said your orders waiting for you. And I said where. She said over there. Buy a window apparently is where she was pointing. I proceeded to go back over where I had just looked to find out no there wasn't an order for Pam there. So I proceeded to ask the guy where is the order for Pam that is over here according to her. He looked and he goes there's not one. He told her there is no order over here for a Pam. She came over and said this is your order right here and point it to in order sitting there. And I looked at it and I said Oh do you mean the one that says Mia. I go wow I didn't know that my name was Mia today Go figure and kind of laughed. And I said this is cold. And she goes yeah well it's been waiting there for you like 40 minutes now. She was rude. So I'm wrong because you wrote my name as Mia and not Pam. Cool. I will never go back to that one again. Never had a problem like this with Starbucks and all the Starbucks I've...
Read moreI give this Starbucks a star because you can't give them ZERO. I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks compliments of Robin and Adam. I see reviews of great service here. It must be on the days these two were off. Robin had a horrible attitude with me when I told him he had made my Americano too watery. When I complained to him about his attitude he mocked me, so I asked to speak to a manager and he pointed to Adam who was hovering in the background with his head down and pretending to be busy cleaning as this exchange was happening. So I told Adam: "You're the manager? You see this situation escalating and you don't intervene? (I was exasperated by then and had raised my voice to Robin) His response: "Did he make your drink?" These two characters made sure I'll never go back to this particular Starbucks. Really disappointed with Starbucks! I've read stories of abuse and shocking behavior from Starbucks employees elsewhere and almost couldn't believe them, but now I stand corrected. Really, really, really disappointed. I called corporate to file a complaint and I got a call back. They did apologize for my experience and said they appreciated my feedback so they can make sure no one else is ever treated like that at this store. Read moreI have previously had great experiences coming to this Starbucks. Although getting your order was slow (they get a lot of business), the service was great and I always got what I ordered. Since the renovation though, the service has declined significantly. The breaking point for me was picking up my mobile order today for a venti dirty chai and some breakfast food. I've been really busy with work, and picked up my order on my way from one location to another. Since I was in a rush, I didn't get to try my drink until I got to my final location. Sadly, my drink was absolutely not what I ordered. I was really looking forward to my dirty chai because it calms me and makes me happy. Instead I got warmed almond milk (the milk I add in to my beverage). There was no chai and I'm not even sure if there was espresso. I basically paid $7.25 for milk. Unfortunately, I'm not able to make it back to that location to address this today. I didn't even bother calling because when I walked in the baristas were all huddled around another talking and laughing, not even bothering to acknowledge customers. I'm really disappointed with this because this Starbucks has been great in the past and convenient, but I'm not sure I should continue going there anymore since there has been an obvious decline in service...
