Vuori — Local services in Irvine

Great customer service here. The store is very well-staffed; there were probably 5 employees casually chatting in the middle of the store, making themselves available to any customers. When I walked in, multiple people greeted me and then stayed out of my way, which I appreciated. When I did need something, I just had to hover nearby for a moment and someone came to my assistance and took me directly to the item I was looking for. I have been here twice and so far both times the items I wanted were in-stock. It's not a big space but seems to be very well-stocked; if you can't find what you are looking for, ask, because both times the items weren't where I first expected. Fitting rooms were pretty standard and easy to use. Someone asked my name, shared theirs, and told me to let him know if I needed anything. So happy that there is another Vuori location in Orange County! It seems like Vuori has taken over my entire wardrobe and I'm not mad about it.

The store aesthetic is clean and everything is well spaced out. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and super helpful; while also giving you your space to browse and shop!
