My problem with this bank is that years ago I deposited a 1,200 dollar check and the machine froze. Called and was told that my employer needed to make a new one, okay, I ask my employer to make a new one and she told me no because the check had already been cashed. Talked to the bank and was told that the money would be put into my account. Problem solved right ? No. I get a letter weeks later saying that the check was not found in the machine and that they were going to need the money back, they proceeded to removed the 1,200 from my account. Okay. What can I do? Oh and today as I am cashing in my check what happens again? The dang machine froze down again. When I tell you I panicked and had flashbacks… that really doesn’t even explain the panic attack that I had.Cherry on top is that customer service people are super rude and don’t make the process any easier. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating. And I’m not the only person this had happened to.I have heard from a couple people I know that they had the exact same experience regarding machines freezing on them. For being such a big and well known bank these situations should not HAPPEN. Read moreMonday April 12th 2021 after 3pm, 3 Drive thru ATM machines with only 1 working. The far right one was being worked on and the far left machine WASN'T MARKED OUT OF ORDER and wouldn't accept cards. Long line of cars waiting for the middle and ONLY working ATM machine. Couldn't go inside due to the doors being locked, Please get this addressed! Plus the neighborhood isn't safe and the class of the neighborhood greatly reflects on the bank. There's homeless people and pan handlers in the parking lot harassing people for money going in and out of the bank. Plus the parking lot is filled with potholes especially trying to pull up to the ATM Drive-thru from Irving Boulevard. I do not feel safe at this...
