Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Irving

Now I know why she didn't give me my receipt 🧾. I tried calling and no one would answer the phone. VM was full. This review is on the uncooked, disgusting wings, Ice coffee and curly fries. There is something in the center of the wing, that's black. I don't know what it is but, my son said it looks like a rat tail, worm or something. I personally don't know what the heck it is. I looked over some reviews and I wasn't the only one with a surprise at the center of the wing. 🤢 google pic this nasty wing. The search results showed pictures of worms , wings from jack,Good and bad pics of People eating these wings . I did smell and taste a piece of the crust before I saw the middle. It tasted like it smelled. Cold and a little warm, Garlic with Parmesan but with nasty curly fries grease. Don't get the wings. I also wanted a drink called boba. It had these little balls in it. But the cashier told me the bobas were nasty and the balls tasted like plastic. So, I got an iced coffee. Well ,the coffee tasted like perfume. My curly fries were ok but I couldn't eat them. 😝...

I am so upset I Love jack n box because they are the only ones open whatever time for a vanilla shake which is my obsession. But recently I have asked for one really late after 12am and they tell me the same thing every other fast food restaurant day is “ the ice cream machine is down” is isn’t really down they are just lazy and don’t want to wash it at the end of thier shift! It’s faster for it to already be washed so they leave it washed and tell everyone it’s down! How and the hell can every ice cream machine at every drive thru restaurant be down after midnight EVERY where! These lazy people are making the restaurant Loose money because they don’t want to work on top of that the order screen is broke and they rush me through my order and don’t speak any English and act like it’s my fault I they can’t communicate with me!!! Mostly Spanish speaking young and old, orders get messed up due to them not understanding English very well. There's NO WIFI, and the prices are too dam high! We.... the customers asked if they could turn the air down because its cold outside and it's COLDER inside. They said they couldn't turn it down from in the store, they have to turn it down from the office....what sense does this company make that you don't adjust the temperatures accordingly! If it's cold outside you turn down/off the air or turn on some heat. The employees are working by the heat of the food......and you want all the customers to come in and order take out, you don't welcome them to stay so that's why jack in the box don't offer WIFI or HEAT when it's cold because they don't want customer in the store?
