Did not have the best experience. I purchased a $300 gold heart necklace for my mom at north park dallas, I wasn’t sure if she would like it so I ended up gifting her “cash” and came in to the new Irving store to return the necklace. Everything was packaged the way I purchased it including the gift receipt and tissue paper. Long story short “Linda” was giving me the run around on why she couldn’t return it and when she typed in my phone number she couldn’t see how I paid. So I happened to look on the bottom of the gift receipt and it states that “Original purchaser can use gift receipt as proof of purchase and may get a refund.” Linda was very close to making me drive all the way to north park dallas until I stated what the gift receipt said.

All of a sudden she was able to proof of payment in her computer. It’s just a bit frustrating for something that we didn’t need to go back...

Wow! This was the first time I came into this location. Everyone smiled and delivered a warm welcome. I've been buying James Avery for over 24 years. I had an embarrassing experience at the NorthPark Location with a sunflower charm I purchased. That come to find out it an imitation. I originally came to this store to purchase a Mother's Day but during the visit I wanted to get this sunflower charm cleaned because the charm was getting tainted. Horrible! I had never gotten a charm turn this way! Tori the New Store Manager got involved in the interaction and went above and beyond to turn my embarrassing incident into a positive experience. Beautiful store. Visited this location after being disappointed with a different location, and we were very pleased. There were plenty of customers, but someone greeted us immediately. After browsing another 10 minutes or so, another person greeted us again. Everyone there was so attentive and eager to answer any questions we had, all with a smile. Shopping was a breeze. We purchased a couple of charms and were on our way in no time. They even took the time to remind us of the Mother's Day special, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend...
