Horrible customer service from the cashier who had no idea how to work the register, only to find out she was the owner of this franchise location. How sad. She kept having to get the other employees to help her. The line grew to 6 customers waiting. I literally told her as the owner she should know how everything worked, especially the register.
I guess instead of having one of the other employees run the register while she makes the orders was not an option - ridiculous. At least the line would be moving.
Very obvious she has no clue how to be a business owner, nor was she needed. Disruption of the other employees constantly, they have to stop making orders to help her at the register where customers are lining up for a long wait due to her incompetence in every way. Absolutely shocking to watch this, pathetic.
The reviews speak for themselves on how horribly this location is run. Lack of intelligent, competent management, no leadership at the helm of this sinking ship.
The responses in the reviews are very canned and most are cut and paste - lol, smh. They don't make sense, not sincere. Tells everyone to send email?? For what lady, they have already taken time from their day to warn others, had a bad experience and now you want them to spend more of their time sending emails - this lady is not smart at all. The entitlement is...
Read morepersonally worked here for a very short period of time, i’ve been to culinary school and hospitality school and here’s what i’ve learned while being here.
the food quality is great, and organic. (depending on what you get and your preference) they do an amazing job at cleaning and being safe while preparing orders.
the service is unfortunately terrible, the young ladies here aren’t as attentive or polite as they should be and it reflects in the reviews.
the atmosphere isn’t very welcoming and that goes hand and hand with the service, when people walk in no one greets the customers or thank them for visiting when they leave..
i also would like to note, if anyone is considering working here be mindful that the employees here are all young and cliquish. i have ten years of experience and went to school for hospitality and culinary and have amazing work ethic (despite them claiming i didn’t) and was still let go mainly because of “personality conflict” despite watering myself down to make sure i didn’t offend anyone and it was still a issue. do what you please with that information. edit i don’t think anyone that’s not a person of color would have an issue here though.
wishing you all...
Read moreI'm giving 1 star for multiple reasons. First, when I came in there were 3 employees; none of which greeted me. After about 5 mins of just standing at the counter, a lady came to the register and asked with a straight face, "What can I get for you". I responded by saying, "Hello, how are you doing?". In a very dry tone, she responded, "Good. What can I get for you." Customer service 101 is to ensure your customers are greeted and feel welcomed, and I felt the exact opposite.
I ordered the açaí bowl and wanted cashew milk, instead of coconut water, no coconut flakes, and blueberries instead of strawberries. Everything else that came on it was fine with me. Upon receiving my bowl, I noticed there were no pineapples and had to ask for a side of them. When I got home to eat it, I noticed the bowl did not look or taste like acai at all. It was a light lavender color. It was also extremely watery, no smoothie texture at all. Overall, it was not worth my money, the employees were not good with instruction, & the customer service was trash. I...
