I recently visited Briyani Bistro and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and service. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The star of the meal was, of course, the biryani. It was perfectly cooked with fragrant basmati rice, tender meat, and an exquisite blend of spices that delighted my taste buds. The raita and the curry served alongside complemented the biryani beautifully.
In addition to the biryani, I tried the butter chicken and garlic naan, both of which were exceptional. The chicken was tender and flavorful, while the naan was soft and freshly baked.
Overall, Briyani Bistro exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Indian dining experience. at Briyani Bistro and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, but the food did not live up to the hype.
I ordered the mutton biryani, which was overly greasy and lacked the rich flavors I expected. The meat was tough and not well-seasoned. The accompanying curry was watery and bland.
The appetizers were no better. The samosas were cold and lacked the crispy texture that makes them enjoyable. The paneer tikka was dry and unappetizing.
The service was slow, and our server seemed disinterested in attending to our needs. Despite the positive reviews I had heard, my visit to Briyani Bistro was far from...
Read moreFor starters this place smells authentic Hyderabadi Biryani 👌👌👌
Meaning - this is not your bombay, telgu, dhaba style full masala biryani that causes heart burn and requires nivea the next day 😜
This shaadi level sufiyani - Kudos for that. I do feel the quantity can improve and consistency on how the Biryani is filled and served in the plate should also be reviewed.
Haleem was meh - I've had way better not too far from them. Tip to chef: Improved Meat vs Wheat ratio. Do not use a food processor to completely grind it..this is not baby food. Rashaydaar, Rawaasdaar Haleem !!
Same goes for appetizers - Chicken 65 was NOT chicken 65. But more like chilli masala chicken. Need to add kurrypatta - please.
Ordered Kebab and Paneer Hariyala too. Both fresh and made to order. 👍👍👍 Little less spicy but paneer needs to have more flavor. Please do not try to americanize these authentic dishes. Make the apps spicier and non-hydro crowd will love it.
Do not touch the Biryanis :) because I am coming back for more.
Now the most important aspect of true hyderabadi biryani - Chutney and Bhagaray Baigan. Chutney was acceptable but the saalan was a joke. Throw away the peanut butter and make it authentic with all the spices and keep it oily. Will gladly bring in a sample 😁. Otherwise this is a 5 star worthy.
Hope you flourish and fix the delivery issues before its too late. We need to retain this taste....
Read moreOrdered chicken dum biriyani. It tasted more like plain turmeric rice and not even close to a biriyani. It cost me around $14 and is a huge waste of money. Felt I was looted. Will suggest anyone to travel an extra mile and get biriyani from elsewhere but here. I EVENT WENT BACK TO RETURN WITH WHAT WAS LEFT TO SHOW THEM HOW BAD I FELT SINCE I PERSONALLY STARTED FEELING A BIT UNEASY AS WELL. I asked them for a refund and was told that will be returned the money “only if” I removed this google review - I said I’d rather keep this review here :) I did not understand the point of the owner here - was he doing the business to satisfy the customers or to just satisfy himself? UPDATE: Just received a response from the owner targeting me here saying that I do this some “ransom” technique going around places to get food for free!? Is it also wrong to be honest now and let everyone know about any bad experience someone goes through? The $14 I spent is really not a huge amount for me but I respect my money cos I hard earned it. Also, if ten other customers would leave a bad review tomorrow, would all of them be called and wrongfully blamed for using a-so-called-ransom technique and be termed as a “freeloader”? UPDATE 2: The owner deleted his old comment now and put in an other comment saying he is sorry and will try to improve. I am okay with this response and I respect...
