DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Issaquah

What an absolutely awful "staff" collection here. It's like the owner hired all the local, snotty, cute and highly unintelligent, teenagers to work at this establishment. Not once have I been in here and walked out happy. In fact, everytime I leave wondering why in the world I dared go back in! This last time I went in to get gear for my 5 year old who will be starting t-ball. When I went to the counter to ask for help the two girls were gossiping about another coworker and very rudely looked right at me - because apparently I was interrupting? - then both walked away!!! Finally, the one said she could check out my items on the other side. I said I was actually not ready and needed assistance, she called for help and was braty about it the whole time "this lady needs help with things for her kid". The one good thing was the young gentleman who helped me. He was fairly knowledge and friendly. My son and myself went to try clothes on and the second girl from the beginning was in the dressing room on her cell phone and said that she was "clearing out the clothes". When she left she said nothing. At the end I was so ready to leave this place I didn't pay attention when checking out and WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE ON ALL MY ITEMS WHEN 4 OF THE 5 WERE ON SALE!! Now I will have to go back into this dreaded store for them to correct it....

very rude manager making excuses not to accept returns for defective and or poorly advertised products. said this item wasn’t returnable if bla bla. the item was previously used, i brought back within a week in identical condition to how was bought, and there were safety considerations with this item. manager said i can’t just change my mind that i know what i bought, then why present customers with return policy, make all sales final. i pulled their online return policy to present that item category did not have any special consideration. argued uselessly for 30 minutes over a return manager had no choice but to accept in the end. essentially ending a 8 year good relationship i’ve had with this location. if this is how this franchise store wants to treat their local customers who shop here due to proximity and convenience go right ahead, amazon has got it for cheaper with less head ache. we’ve spent thousands on youth sports, apparel fishing camping gear. no more. it felt like a bazar haggling, practically verbally abused for my life choices for 30 minutes and treated like a child by the manager and one of...

I needed some bands to start my P.T so I went to Dicks in the Issaquah Highlands. I am on crutches so when I entered the store a lady asked me what I was looking for to direct me efficiently. I got my bands & was on my way, but when I got home I noticed the bag had been opened & one band was missing. I really didnt want to go back being on crutches, so I called and spoke with Nicole & explained my dilema, she put me on hold and Lynn the manager told me to come to the store & call when I have arrived so she could bring out the new unopend bag of bands. Lynn made the exchange so easy for me, I stayed in my car & didn't have to use crutches in the rain & also the bands are all the way to the back of the store. I am so greatful to Lynn and Nicole for going above and beyong to assist me while I am healing & using crutches. Great people & a well managed...
