I called in today, after having some excruciating pain in a lower mohler, I called around to quite a few dentists in stark county to find a new one, and quick. Everybody was rude, short, or unwilling it seemed to get me seen today last minute for a quick emergency situation. I called down to Ash Family, and they were very polite on the phone, told me they could fit me on the schedule in a few hours so I left work and made my way there. I've had many traumatic, extremely painful visits with various other dentist over the past few years. People with trash manners, unprofessional, list goes on. Brian ash and some of his staff today we're very nice, honest, kind people, I couldn't have asked for a greater experience, I explained my situation to them and how I'm feeling and they took great care of me with a super sensitive infected tooth. Literally oral pain is the worst possible pain to deal with and they found my solution, and I plan on working along with the Ash family on a game plan to get my teeth, smile, and health better than before. Huge thank you and shout out to you guys, you made my day today, and I finally feel comfortable going back in December for my next appointment. Many people loathe a trip to the dentist; we actually look forward to it. (Sheesh! in fairness, the lure of a free toothbrush and those cute mini tubes of toothpaste are pretty irresistible!) Jon Ash and his team have a service culture that creates a visit into an experience. Okay...it is not Disney World, it is still the dentist, but you feel truly cared for by everyone throughout the visit. It's the small things; The front desk greets you by name and wait time (even during a global pandemic) is minimal! Once you're in the chair, care is delivered efficiently and enthusiastically. There are amenities to help calm those with dental jitters such as weighted warming blankets, headphones, bird feeders strategically placed outside the window at the foot of the chair, special sunglasses (my fav!) to minimize the bright work light, the right music playing (I was cleaned and polished to a great 80s mix!) and oh---did I mention the very best in modern dentistry. But wait, there's more! (said in an infomercial tone). Jon personally follows up with a call to make sure your procedure was satisfactory. In addition to family, numerous colleagues and neighbors have followed my recommendation to the ever popular, "Hey, anyone know of a good dentist?" Honorable mention; the practice is named "Best Dental Practice" in local ranking surveys. For these reasons, they truly earn the 5 star rating. ...

First let me say, due to some horrific experiences in my past, I have avoided any dental work for a long time. That choice did not serve me well. I now need lots of work. I did a lot of research on various platforms and landed on Ash Family Dental. I am so glad that I did! They got me in quickly, for pain, and they came up with a plan, to take care of my many issues. I realize there will be discomfort, but I am confident that they will do everything they can to minimize it. Dr. Brian and Dr. John Ash are very friendly and put me completely at ease. I can't say enough about Betty, the hygenist that has been handling my cleaning. She has a wonderful chairside manner and takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable. She has the gift of chat that takes your mind off of what she is doing. I am sure that all the hygienists are great, but Betty was the perfect one for me! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
