The food is great, with all of the seafood being steamed(Obviously, not the sushi.), fresh veggie's and they have a great & friendly staff, as well as a fairly large list of wine's to choose from, along with different type's of drink's, including an "Asian Bloody Mary", that I may have to try, the next time I visit there! I came across the place, as I was just searching the area(Massillon, Canton, as well as area's around the Massillon region.), for maybe a new Asian place, that I have never been to, before. As, those of us in my family, we have a love for Asian cuisine(As I also have a love for Asian women, as well. LOL), so we check out all of the Asian place's, that we can find. Not just here in the area we live, but all over the country, as we have travelled to many state's over the year's, for the best place's all over the country. And, as I have searched all over the country, I can definitely say, that it is literally at the same grade level as the high-end Asian place's in Las Vegas/Reno & even over in Asia itself(I have been in 2 relationship's with Asian girl's. They both were Filipina's. And, they have family in Japan, China & all over Asia, as well as the Middle East.). And, there have only been 2 other Asian restaurant's in my lifetime, that the staff helped pack up your leftover's and bagged it up for you! And, the price's, are very reasonable, for the quality, quantity & the elegance of the way they put it together! And again, the staff, is super friendly and they make you feel like you are in a positive environment! The artwork, that they portray all over, is great, as well! Especially, the waterfall glass thing, that is embedded in the wall, just to the right, as you walk...
Read moreThis was my first time trying this location. I typically order from the 30th street location, but their phone kept ringing busy. I thought “it’s the same restaurant, the food will be the same.” WRONG! A couple of us ordered general Taos, in which I asked for extra spicy. The other order was to be not spicy. They labeled the containers, which was great. However, upon trying both orders, it was impossible to distinguish between the two. There was absolutely ZERO flavor to either dish and they were outrageously greasy (there was almost an inch of this thin, oily horrendous “sauce” in the container). It tasted like nothing but left a film inside your mouth. The white rice tasted like it was made in a rice cooker that was cleaned with dirty water. Something was unpleasantly pungent about it. For the amount of money that this place charges, it’s appalling. I ended up making myself a PB&J for dinner instead. These are unacceptable and avoidable mistakes. After this experience, I’m not quite sure I will ever order from the one on 30th either. It’s a shame and entirely a waste of money.
Also, I waited a day to see if it was maybe better on the second day..it was not....
Read moreServer forgot to put order in. Waited close to an hour.... Never did get to eat.
Now that I have your attention. We've been there twice. The first time, food took forever, like 45 minutes, but I brushed it off as a pandemic issue on a Sat night. Food was good. Just took forever.
Second time, he just.... didn't put our order in.
Why? Probably because he was preoccupied with the 20+ party he was working on.
Not ONCE did he, or anyone, check up on us. We sat there for 45 minutes. At the 30 minute mark I asked the bartender, who had like 2 people, to check on our food. If he did, he never told us. He and the hostess were talking and pointing our way, but no one EVER came.
Server FINALLY came over after handling his huge party. Said he'd check. Ran to the post, came back, admitted he never put the order in.
He was apologetic and even offered to buy our meal, but we were done.
F that place. It wasn't even that busy, aside from the one party. Management, if you're reading this. YOU SUCK.
Went straight to Table Six and were eating food within 10 minutes of sitting down.
You have...
