I went to the grand opening and it was a great experience. The remodel of the building is really beautiful and everything was very orderly and clean. We were seated right away which was nice. As it was the grand opening they were busy so we sat for a bit before a server come over but she quickly took our drink orders and served them to us. We didn't order any alcohol but they do have a full bar from the looks of it. As for the food I got the AYCE seafood meal and my partner got the lobster bisque, corn, and onion ring tower. It took a bit for the food to come out but again they were busy and it wasn't an unbearably long wait. I got a large baked potato with my meal and corn. As for my seafood I got the jumbo shrimp and crab legs. The corn was delicious and the potato was large and cooked perfectly. I would say the shrimp were basic cocktail size and not jumbo but since they were AYCE I didn't really mind. The crab came out hot with a side of melted butter. Throughout the meal various servers came by with more crab and topped me off which was greatly appreciated. All of the servers and employees were very kind and professional. For dessert I had some fried oreos that came out nice and warm and were delicious. Everything was decently priced and the AYCE meal includes apps, sides, and dessert items. There were a few aspects I found a bit lacking but I'm hopeful they will improve as they settle in. For one, they only offer butter and lemon with the seafood. I would be interested to see if they could expand on their seasonings and sauced to compliment the food. Since they plan to regularly change the menu it would be nice if they offered a weekly sauce rotation for patrons to try out, such as Cajun butter or spicy garlic flavor. Since they also offer all you can eat steak it would be nice if they offered different toppers for their steaks as well, chimichurri for example. As I mentioned, they have a full bar but no drink menu, so I would be interested to see what they can create. I'd love to see a new drink menu each week or drink specials to compliment the food menu for the week. Finally, I'd love to see a seasonal rotation in their menu. As they will update it regularly I think they will have many opportunities to use seasonal and local items to spice up their offerings. Overall, it was a great meal and I will definitely be back. I'm very excited to see what they bring to the table in the future. I see a lot of room for them to improve and expand and make the experience even better.

I wasn't terribly impressed. We've been to several different AYCE crab resturants in various areas from giant buffets to service like this. Sides are served family style. Which was totally ok with us. However most sides came out 15-20 mins before any crab. Is this done on purpose to get you to fill up on sides before the main comes out? We never recieved some dishes we requested, or had to request them several times. This wasn't our servers I wasn't terribly impressed. This wasn't our servers fault, another person came to our table to ask if we needed anything and we requested through her. I am not a seafood eater, there is an AYCE steak option. However the price point is a joke. The strip steaks were comically thin. Barely 1/2" reminded me of the $1 steaks offered at dollar tree. Outside of the steak non seafood items are hushpuppies, corn on the cob and tomato mozz "salad". I asked if it was possible to get mac and cheese without the crab, was told not part of the AYCE would have to pay additional... pretty hefty price tag for thin steaks $70. Why soft drinks aren't included in the price is beyond me. An additional $7 for two pops. Getting refill on steak and crab left a lot to be desired. At one point I waited over 20 mins for a steak that as thin as it is couldn't take more than 5 mins to cook. The crab eaters at the table noted the crab was very salty, and it took a while and lots of asks to get more. The roasted corn lacks any seasoning or even butter. Hushpuppies were good Crab mac and cheese was well liked Crab rangoon pierogies were liked as well Desert portions were laughable but tasted good. The deep fried oreos could use a much fluffier batter to make them more cake like.

My fiance and I were SO excited to finally getting around to finally trying this place. After our movie date we decided we'd drive by and see how busy they were. Looked great so we walked into just a blast of seafood smell (like fish market smell), got seated immediately and had a great waitress. Which is about all the further the good part of the experience came. We always decide when it's just her and I trying a new place to get an appetizer to share, two different dinners (so we can try each others and see what flavor is offered), and a dessert (sometimes cocktails but not in this visit). We decided to shoot for some crab cakes for the appetizer. About 10 minutes later we were told they didn't have them available. No biggie, we decided the homemade lobster bisque would be a good choice. We received the appetizer of the bisque after we received our meal. I decided to go for the steak while the fiance got seafood. Just a nice mixture of the two main things the restaurant provides. My bacon wrapped filet mignon steak tips were good but there was, not exaggerating, only 4 bite sized pieces of steak with steak fries for $29. Bacon and steak weren't bad but very little food for the price and I'm honestly shocked is considered an entree. I had the bisque to actually fill me up and it was mediocre at best. But my experience wasn't anywhere near as awful as my fiance's. She got the Lobster Pierogi & 2 Crab Clusters. When I say these pierogi's were some of the worst food we had ever tried it's not even an exaggeration. These pierogi's weren't just cold, they were actually still partially frozen and crunched like ice. One was enough for the each of us to try. The crab legs were okay, nothing to write home about. We ultimately decided to skip dessert here. For $90 (without alcohol) this should've felt like a much more premium experience in either the steak or seafood. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating throughout but the food just didn't live up close to what we thought we'd get.

We were very excited for our first visit to Crab Station. We were a tad disappointed with our experience, but realized this may not be the place to plan dinner with a large group. Which is what we tried to do, 16 of us celebrating a special birthday. Some drove over an hour to be there. I made a reservation over a month ahead of time, and reconfirmed the day before. However, upon arrival we were told they had no reservations for that day.

Staff seemed flustered trying to throw a table together, which ended up being five small round (making very awkward seating) tables pushed together. We were also told we were in a "high traffic area" so the inside seating had to stay as close to the wall as possible. It was very tight, and once you were back there there was no getting out till dinner was over.

The server was nice and filled all our requests. But at times, tone sounded irritated, and seemed annoyed if too many things were asked for at once. The item we waited longest for was highly requested grilled shrimp, and would only come out 5 skewers at a time. Refills were small, plenty for two people... not eight. The lobster bisque came out in small, disposable, black ramekins. Literally three spoonfuls. When I asked for another, the server stated he'd brought out a bunch and everyone should have received one. Sir. May I have more than a sip?? It's delicious... bring me six or seven! When it was time for dessert, another server brought requested cheesecake. I told her we'd need another slice (a sliver honestly) for my dad (birthday boy), who was in the bathroom. She stated she'd "already brought four."

With THIRTEEN of us ordering the bottomless dinner and our tabs totaling $1000, if not more... I feel we should have been served overflowing refills to share, and definitely not made to feel we were asking for too much. I also think if our reservation had been granted, we would have received a better seating arrangement, and maybe had two servers to better accommodate our party. But, everything tasted good and we had a good time together.

We knew we'd be back, but definitely with a much smaller group in hopes for a better experience. And that was today... my husband and I came in for lunch, but were even less impressed with this visit. Once again, our server was nice enough. The food was mediocre, at best. The only thing that came out HOT was the soup and crab legs (although the shells were rubbery and hard to break). The rest was just ok. The beans and mac/chz definitely seemed like they were prepped Monday and had been heated/reheated everyday since (this was now Thurs). The clams weren't much bigger than a tictac, and cold. Steak fries were awful, cold and hard.

We had originally planned on bringing my dad back for Father's Day... but after today, we do not plan on returning. For the two of us to have lunch, a soft drink, and tip... our bill was $140. An absolute ABSURD amount for the quality of food...

My family and I went on 3/22 about 4pm. There's really no waiting area so people were everywhere. You can see the waitresses just flying across the restaurant going to different parts of the restaurant. Greeter says 45 min so we wait. As we are waiting 2 different couples leaving out says don't waste your money, it's horrible. My son was hungry so he says mom let's just wait. I should have listened to the strangers!!!

Finally we get a seat right in front of the kitchen and he says you will get your food fresh and hot..... boy was he wrong!!!! We are seated, waited 15 minutes for the waitress just to say I will be right with you. About 15 minutes later she comes and says sorry I have tables over on the other side of the restaurant...... ummmmm ok and why are you telling us!!!! She takes our drink order and we were all getting the seafood so we told her right then before she disappeared!!! Food comes out cold and hard as a rock!! I wanted to leave right then and there. Crablegs in the waste bowl soggy and cold, clam strips fried so hard they could be a weapon, fried shrimp was cold, and shrimp cocktail soggy. Now how the hell can this be a new restaurant serving food like this!!! I was really turned off and disgusted!!!🤮. We stopped the young man who brought the food out and showed him and he said ok, I guess he had to find her. She comes 10 minutes later and walks right past us into the kitchen. I caught her coming out. Told her about the food and she says, I WAS WONDERING WHY YOU GUYS WEREN'T EATING.... if my 7 year old granddaughter wasn't there I would have let her have it.

Food finally comes out and it's hard still but hot. Crablegs still the same, they just gave us the same food back. Meanwhile she comes out the kitchen with a huge bowl of smoking hot crablegs for a family that was having the same thing and put it on the table. 😡

I may have eaten a crableg and two fried shrimp!!! Oh we got our sodas at the end after asking 3 times!!! This. Place is a joke for the money we spent! Very unprofessional, messy, unorganized, dirty and no order!!! Whoever makes the schedule for the tables needs my help!!! 100 servers running all around the restaurant, some just hanging out by the soda machine. We could have asked them for our drinks. Then finally my son wants cheesecake.... this nasty waistress said you can't take it out of the restaurant.... nobody said they were hell we were still starving. She brings it over with the check and our sodas, almost $200 and we are all still hungry.

Never going here again!! First week of grand opening should not be this unprofessional, unorganized, dirty and old cold food!!!! Thank GOD for bone fish grill because that's where...
