I've been a customer of Pinnacle Pets for over 2 years and have used their Obedience classes, Grooming, and Boarding services. This facility is very clean, and the staff is very friendly, courteous, professional and takes fabulous care of the dogs in their care. For these reasons, a 5 Star review is deserved.
However, I have encountered an issue with this facility frequently cancelling and rescheduling my Saturday Grooming appointments. I can understand the occasional cancellations, but the cancellations have ended up being too frequent at around 1 out of every 3 appointments. When the Grooming service has been provided, I have always been pleased with the results, but I am very displeased with the reliability of Grooming appointments being upheld. For this reason, a 3 Star review is appropriate for Saturday Grooming appointments being maintained.
Unfortunately, I do not have the availability during the week, due to my work schedule, to change my appointments to what is probably a more reliable service during the weekdays. If I should ever need Pinnacle Pets for continued Obedience classes or Boarding, I will happily return but I will not be returning for what has proven to be an unreliable Saturday Grooming Service.
I must also give my compliments to the young woman that answers the phones and has to make the outgoing calls to myself as the disgruntled customer to inform that a Grooming appointment has been cancelled yet again. She has always maintained the upmost professionalism with me when she had to the bearer of bad news to tell me yet another appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled, She took my grumbling and growling about being displeased in the most patient and professional manner every time.
I highly recommend Pinnacle Pets to address the Saturday Grooming staffing issue for customers such as myself that desire reliability without the inconvenience of all to frequent re-scheduling. I appreciate the accommodation of providing another appointment and the occasional discount for the inconvenience, but at the end of the day, I would much rather have more reliability.
Overall, I have been very pleased with Pinnacle Pets but I will not continue utilizing an unstable grooming schedule.

Longer Line/Personal Experience: This was our first time ever boarding Axel in the 6 years that he has been a part of our family. We were nervous since this was our first time but we were also excited to have found Pinnacle Pets! From the time we first took a tour, to scheduling, having to cancel, rescheduling, calling in one last time to ensure I had all the details straight, to drop off and pick up every staff member we spoke with were amazing, kind, patient, sweet and informative. We would have been nervous no matter where we boarded him the first time, but we can't say enough how glad we were to have found Pinnacle Pets! We loved the individual room set ups and all the different indoor to outdoor daycare areas etc. We were also excited for the additional option of story time and snuggles. I'm sure everyone says this but having the live video feed was of course a plus. We tried not to be glued to it, but when we did have a free minute and would pull up the feed it was fun to watch Axel walking around following staff or sniffing other pups (or curled up sleeping in bed). Oh and I can't forget the report cards and pictures! I loved hearing from different staff about how Axel was doing. I would laugh and cry a little as I read Axels report card because even when he was being a little grumpy butt I could totally close my eyes and see what the staff was describing and know that they were still enjoying having him around and doing everything they could to help him settle in and have fun. I know since this was our first time boarding Axel that we have no other experiences to compare this too, but I don't think we need any other experiences because this one was perfect. If/when we have to go somewhere that's not puppy friendly again then we will 100% be coming back to Pinnacle pets for Axels...

We are new dog owners with a nervous rescue pup named Bonnie. We had a bad experience leaving her alone with a family member that she had met a few times before, so we were frantic when searching for a boarding option for our upcoming vacation.
We were very nervous about Bonnie showing aggression (based out of fear/being alone) with whoever we left her with because we did not want her to feel stressed or scared as well as not wreaking havoc on the employees taking care of her.
All of our concerns and worries about that were gone in a blink with Pinnacle Pets! Alex and all of her staff who cared for Bonnie made us feel incredibly encouraged/happy/relieved at how well she was doing and their very calm and patient approach with her. Alex even called us an hour after we dropped Bonnie off to let us know the she was already bonding with her and doing great.
Even though they have multiple animals at any given time, we felt like a priority with the daily report cards, pictures, and videos that we received.
Needless to say, this was exactly what we hoped for and more and helped us relax on vacation. We cannot recommend Pinnacle Pets enough and we will most definitely have Bonnie back on...
