2 days ago I placed an online order for my family and they forgot one of our sticks and slices pizzas. The one that we didn't receive was the one with the cheese and bacon slices. That one was for my teenage son. I immediately called the store to let them know we didn't receive that one. The guy who answered the phone asked if I wanted to come back to have the one they forgot made, and we decided to wait until later to get it when we were already back out doing door dash because we tend to get a lot of doordash deliveries to deliver from there. The man on the phone said that was fine and if there was a problem to just ask for the manager. When we returned later that evening around 10:00 the same lady who handed us our pizzas earlier was there and I explained to her what had happened and she said it would take a while to make and they were getting ready to close and if I wanted to stop back in the next day she would be working and replace the missing pizza. She also said she would put my name on a list just in case by chance she ended up not being there. She was very nice about it. My son didn't really want to wait but he didn't have a choice. The next evening we were not able to make it back to the store to get our pizza. So tonight we stopped to get it and the lady who was working was very rude about the whole situation. She said my name wasn't on any list, so I asked her if she was sure because I never even told her my name, so I'm not sure who she was trying to fool. She said there's nothing that she can do about it sorry and dismissed me like I was never there and told me to call there in the morning when she wasn't there and talk to someone else. My son wanted to say something to her about her rudeness but I didn't let him. I just explained to him that she was a miserable rude person and nothing that would have been said would have changed how much of an awful person she is. We order from there all the time and have never had to deal with someone as rude as her. That's not going to make customers want to be repeat customers if they have to deal with someone like her. I paid for a pizza that I did not receive and that makes me extremely unhappy and to have her talk to me the way she did and act like that was unacceptable. IF I decided to order from there again and she's working then I'll go elsewhere for pizza. I will not deal with something like her and be talked to like that. The lady the night before was very busy when we walked in so maybe she forgot to put my name on whatever list she was talking about, but either way the lady from tonight had no reason to lie about my name not being on any list when she didn't even know my name. Read moreThe store itself at this particular location is in a little bit of disrepair on the inside the silver lettering in the background behind the cash registers most of the silver paint is missing off of some of the letters and it makes it kind of distracting and at times difficult to read, also some of the vinyl clings on the windows or falling off and or missing, just thought that the employees to put a little bit more effort into the upkeep of the store, the food itself is fine I suppose the workers could be a little better with how they talk to customers and handle situations, almost every time I come in here the workers never say hi walking a Little Caesar's or high what can I get you today or nothing even remotely close I just walk up to the cash register and they just stare at me without saying a single word waiting for me to talk first? It makes the situation very awkward.. and then when I do order my food and pay for it and I go to leave there is no thank you or you're welcome or see you again soon literally nothing they don't even...
Read moreI rarely go here to begin with and I decided to use the pizza portal which is their online ordering system. I was notified that my order (1 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with 1/2 banana peppers, light sauce and 2 orders of crazy bread) would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told my pizza was in the oven. I waited for 10 minutes with no update and then was told it should be out soon. I kept seeing pizzas go in and money was not coming out. They began to look for my order and found it around the corner on the prep table with other orders. By this time it was 30 minutes late but still warm and I couldn't wait around any longer. I was offered a credit for the mistake but no one seemed to know what they were doing. My advice is to be prepared to go into the store and buy whatever they have that is "hot n' ready". This appears to be the only process they are capable of.
