Ohio Thrift Store — Local services in Jackson Township

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This is theee most overpriced chain of thrift stores I have ever been to, they have alot of nerve to even call themselves a thrift. They scam people, they call you saying they are national kidney service needing household donations, then they drop it off at this location and charge retail prices to the community for their own items. On top of that they do not honor their prices. They priced a North face shirt at $3.99, I brought it to the register and the manager refused to sell me the item, even though that's how they priced it and put it out on the floor. She said they had some special way of looking at the item, To realize that they have mispriced it. They need to own their mistakes and put the customer first. Unfortunately, I've spent thousands at this store, and can't even get simple customer credibility. Im known at every thrift in Columbus as a top notch buyer. Also there is a fat guy with white hair and white beard, Who walks around this facility staring at people as if they're trying to steal, actinglike hes organizing something. circling around customers like a hawk Circles its prey. I. HATE this location, and the scam artists who run/operate this business....

I came here yesterday with my Mother. This place has one of the best selection of clothing that I have seen in any thrift store. Unfortunately they are much pricer. The thing that disappointed me the most was there was no tags of the day on the floor. The tags were Black,blue and green I believe. My mother and I looked all around the woman's section and couldn't find any of the discounted tags. Only tags I seen on the floor were white, brown,orange,grey and pink. When my mother checked out, I asked the older woman at the register why there weren't any discounted tags on the floor. She said there was and that we needed to look harder. I've worked for a thrift store and whatever tags were discounted, they always made sure to take those off the racks. Why have discount and percentage off tags but take most them off the floor? I was there for over an hour and didn't find any color discounted tags. I did see a candle that was almost empty for 5 bucks. My husband and I stopped in tonight on our way home from antiquing in Dayton. We had thirty minutes to shop before closing time. When came into the store we noticed a couple really cool ghost hanging decorations. An older lady associate with red hair spoke to us about them. We chit-chatted for a bit and then went to use the restroom. Once we came out of the restroom the same associate immediately started following us around the store treating us as if we were shop lifting. She jumped into my conversation when I told my husband "We were on a mission and needed to hurry." She asked what we were on a mission for and I told her we just came in to look for a printed canvas to do the ghost painting tiktok trend.
