Apparently itâs okay for the employees to treat customers like trash if youâre late with a payment. We spoke to someone over the phone told them when we would pay, they said okay well we will continue to make phone calls and stop by and we said fine we understand. Someone shows up to my house Wednesday evening my fiancĂ© answers the man said we are from Aaronâs and we said weâd show up so my fiancĂ© says okay hi and goes to shut the door. The man then starts running his mouth on how tired they are of coming out here, we go back and forth for a few minutes on how we are gonna pay and we always pay with no complaint and how we only have 2-3 payments left he said well that donât matter. I then told him to get off my front porch because my children are right behind me listening to this argument and as heâs walking down he flips me off and then continues to yell (where my neighbors can hear) how we are two weeks late! I told him Iâd be calling corporate and he said good maybe they will tell you to pay your bill on time. The fact that he thinks he wonât get into trouble tells me they allow this behavior. Funny thing is they went from calling 2x + a day and visiting my home to being quiet on their end. I havenât once been called or visited. Iâve already called customer service 2x, was told the regional manager âtriedâ calling me yesterday but I received no phone call. I called back today so they transferred me to them and of course no answer so I left a voicemail. I guess itâs perfectly acceptable for employees to yell out customers information and flip them off because heâs tired of doing his job. Weâve been customers for years and to be blatantly disrespected and flipped off at our home is beyond unacceptable. I will not be returning to Aaronâs as a customer and will continue to call and let people know how they allow customers...
   Read moreJust donât go here itâs such a headache đ€ŠđŒââïž I updated my auto pay on the app and apparently it didnât store my new card info so when they called me to get my account current the associate I spoke with told me what amount was needed put it in and it automatically came out of my account. You would think it would stop there NO, my phone has been getting daily phone calls because his calculation of what was owed was off by 11$ so my phone is blowing up over 11$?! That wasnât my mistake it was their own employee so I said ok Iâll pay it with my next payment I mean itâs 11$ didnât think it was that big of a deal, even after telling them they would get their 11 freaking dollars Iâm still getting called about the 11$! Go anywhere else I will NEVER do business here besides itâs way over priced. Just save and go buy cash youâre basically paying double here. EDIT** it got worse lol my auto pay wasnât set up correctly by the same associate that had apparently calculated my last payment wrong now they are trying to charge me 92$ for my 35.47 payment after my review weird this place is sketchy and I did call the customer service number was supposed to be contacted by the general manager but havenât as of yetâŠ.second update the manager âfixed itâ he said was fine for a month now itâs back and they wonât let me pay my payment without giving this money that was already taken care of they have you make payments just to scam you itâs sad donât go to this place go to rent a center I NEVER have had these issues...
   Read moreHad a washer and dryer installed by Aaronâs. Within a few days of use it was leaking water and flooded my carpet. Called Aaronâs to troubleshoot the issue and was told that the men who came to install were new employees. Wonderful... I asked if they could send someone out to check it out. Since I live in apartment complex they told me to call my local maintenance. I called and put in a work order, when maintenance came to assess the issue they informed me the issue was caused during the install of washer and dryer. Carpets were completely soaked and now had to be professional cleaned. I called Aaronâs to inform them of this issue and was told I should of called back earlier and that there was nothing they could do. How could I have called back any earlier? I called immediately after the problem was assessed. I still do not understand why they could not resolve this issue and even more so after they openly admitted that the individuals who installed it were new employees so maybe they did not install correctly. Either way now I have to pay for my carpets to be cleaned and with the lack of customer service I received I have told Aaronâs to come get their machines as I no longer am going to pay for machines that were not installed correctly. They set up a date to come get their merchandise and then called to reschedule that as well. Now Iâm stuck paying and housing machines that I cannot use. Will take my money elsewhere.
