Citi Trends — Local services in Jackson

I am extremely disappointed. I will never return to citi trends in Jackson,MI due to poor customer service attitude. We came in today unaware of the closing time and instead of saying "hey folks just so you know we close in ten minutes" when we walked in the door, the manager yells at my family and i and says "we close in ten minutes you better have your stuff ready to go and be out the door by then! We are closing!" It upset my 7 year old little girl and she started crying because of her tone and we walked right back out! We were just checking prices on shoes! It would have took us 2 minutes.. im just appauled at the attitude we recieved from the manager name Monica or monique that we recieved.. we won't ever be returning back.. how rude!
