One of the worst experience I ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings, once we (12 members) walked in we waited for 30 minutes for the waitress to show up. We ordered few beverages and one of our friend doesn’t drink alcohol so we ordered a non alcoholic zero percent alcohol Heineken beer and as a result we got the regular 5% alcohol beer. As soon as we recognised we called up the waitress and mentioned that there was a mistake and she got us another alcohol free Heineken beer and mentioned that the 5% alcohol beer is a complimentary.
Then the real issue starts, we ordered 15 wings Bogo deal which means you get extra 15 wings. Waitress took the order and gave us the 30 wings(15+15 bogo deal). Once I finished my beer I ordered another beer and she came back with the news that the bar is closed. They should have mentioned that the bar will be closed shortly and if we want to order something then we can order but the waitress never mentioned that. We were still holding our nerves even though we were unhappy with the service.
Finally when the waitress comes back with the bill, that’s where you will see all the suspense thriller, the bill is filled with all false orders. Let me take back you to the beverage orders, we ordered one coronarati cocktail and instead we were charged for two cocktails, our Heineken order was replaced because of the waitress mistake and instead the alcoholic Heineken was replaced with non alcoholic Heineken beer but still we were still charged for two beers.
Then let’s get into the main course order, we ordered 15 wings (15+15 bogo deal) but we were charged for 30 wings. After looking at all the false orders on the bill we reached out to the manager named CHRISTINE and we mentioned what happened with the billing. And we expected some kind of explanation and thought that she will solve our problem with the billing. But instead we were threatened to call cops on us. When we explained the situation and showed her the evidence she said “I WANT YOU GUYS OUT OF HERE” and never showed any respect in our whole conversation.
We are completely humiliated and had a really bad experience with our visit to this location. In future if you guys are visiting to this location make sure you write your own order and compare it with the waitress order to make sure your order is correct. But I will recommend you guys not to visit...
Read moreOkay. So. Tonight was my first time dining on at this location. I was super excited that Jackson FINALLY got a B-dubs, but after today, I was extremely disappointed.
We go in, and it's Boneless Thursday, so we were expecting it to be busy. The waitress who took us to our seats was nice.
So we sit down, and our official waitress comes over a couple of minutes later and takes our drink order. Couple of minutes pass, and she brings us our drinks and takes our food order. She brought my boyfriend his beer he ordered soon after.
Now, it was busy, but it wasn't so busy that we should have had to wait more than a half hour to get just A MEDIUM SERVING OF WINGS. Nothing else. The couple next to us got there after we did, and they got all of the food they ordered and got their bill way faster than we did. When they got their food, the waitress came over and told us that she'd bring our food out "soon" --- they just needed to "sauce the wings." 5 minutes pass. IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO SAUCE WINGS. Let alone 40 minutes to make wings.
When we finally got our food, the wings weren't warm or fresh. We were eating, and I did not get offered a refill on my Pepsi, but the waitress kept trying to push more beer on my boyfriend every time she passed our table. My mouth was on fire, and she would leave our area before I could ask for a refill.
We had to clean up the table and stack our silverware before she would even notice to say anything to us. When she did, we asked for our bill because we REALLY wanted to leave at that point. Instead of agreeing, she kept trying to push dessert on us, to which we declined twice. She took another 10 minutes to get us our bill and take our money. We were overcharged, but we didn't care enough to argue, so we paid and left asap. A two dollar tip was extremely generous, given the circumstances. You have no idea how much we both wanted to just walk out.
Honestly, worst dining experience both of us have had in a long time. This ruined B-dubs for me. I probably won't be going back for a while - not to this location, at least.

Read moreI have to give them a three star today. There was not much of a wait to get seated but thats when it started. We never saw our waitress for 15 minutes and when she finally came over to take our drink order she couldn't be more rude and like we put her out for being there. She asked if we were ready to order and we replied yes then she left without taking our order. She finally came back and said are you ready now. Her comment to us was it will be a while till you food comes out. Not sure exactly what that means but the place was no busier then any other Buffalo wild wings I've been to. About a half hour later she bring our Buffalo chips out and just tosses on table with comment of food will be coming. Unfortunately she gave us a small order when we asked for a basket for four of us. Never saw her again and our food came out by someone else 20 minutes later. Wings were good but could use more sauce on them and would have asked for more if our waitress would have ever come back and checked on us. Finally after a half hour she came back to see if we were all set and gave us our check. I guess our dinner was done.
I also wanted to mention that we were not the only people in the place with terrible wait staff. The people next to us got their food after sitting for two hours and some friends of ours had been there twice with the same experience both times.
I sure hope that the management reads this and works with their staff to make them better.
Jackson has needed a Buffalo wild wings to come into town for a while but if this is how wait staff treats its guests then it will drive alot of people to other restaurants the next time they go...
