I have been to this Qdoba multiple times since they have opened, The service has been on a downward slump. A few months back I went in and waited in the line that was all the way to the door and when I finally got to the front it seemed like everything I asked for they were out of and it was only 7pm, when I asked when they thought there might make more steak, brown rice, and vegies they told they weren't, I walked out but have been back several times after, Haven't had any issues until now 4/4 (national burrito day) I am a rewards member and one of the rewards only on 4/4 is if you order a entre and drink you get a free burrito. I ordered on my mobile app at 6:20 and the app said my food would be ready by 7-7:10. My girlfriend stopped for our food about 7:05 and said there was line in the pick up area (which use to never be a line it was at one point like every other restaurant and had a set of shelfs for pick ups, now you have to go to the cash register and interrupt there whole process of the people who ordered at the restaurant), When she finally got to the cashier around 7:15 the cashier seemed very friendly but overwhelmed and was interrupted multiple times by other employees before she could even tell us that our food is no where near done and there were several people ahead of us. so she was forced to get out of line and go to her car and wait, At this point she calls and asks me to check the status of our order because she does not want to wait in the massive line unless our food is done. So I check and the app and it said our food was completed at 7, I knew that was incorrect so I called and a lady picked up I informed her I had a order and that it said it was completed at 7 but it wasn't so if there was any possible way that I could get a estimated time, she responded very unapologetic and said " I cant give you estimated time and the app is never right when 80 orders come in at once" and just continued giving me which seemed like a constant attitude to the point I just simply asked is "there anyway I could speak to your manger" to which she replied with a smirk " I am the manger" so I clearly seen I was getting absolutely no help I asked her to please cancel my order, which I got a okay and give me a minute which was okay until I was informed by my girlfriend in that time frame she watched the manager return inside from being outside doing lord knows what, just to cancel our order. I have been to several Qdoba's and have never had...

Carryout has ramped up at all restaurants. But this one doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the volume.
I waited an hour for my online order to be completed. Granted it was a very busy time. The in-store line was backed up to the door and even outside. The online p/u crowd was about a dozen. This is directly blamed towards the manager. By the way, when I asked her how long before my order would be completed, all she had to say was, "there's several people before you that have been waiting longer". Horrible management. I also lay blame to the website. They estimate when you're order will be ready based on a typical time to prepare it. There should be a way to let you know the estimated time at the restaurant you're going to. Surely they should be able to find out if it's a peak time or not. Again, this is another function of Management.
The people coming through the line were clearly being served before the online group. To the point where they eventually locked the door so they could focus on the online orders. By this time they had run out of steak, pico de gallo, queso, brown rice, and other items.
The convenience of ordering online is that you can order and pay at the same time. But in this case, I was was trapped and couldn't cancel my order because I had already paid for it.
My order was finally ready. The waite staff apologized. I live 5 minutes away and my food was lukewarm when I got home. The tacos were actually cold and had to be reheated, which made the tortillas soggy.
Plus, after waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, they messed up my order. No queso, no "smashed guacamole", no tortilla strips, and no sour cream. A big bag of chips with nothing for dipping.
Altogether this was a horrible experience. My family and I will NEVER return to this store and I don't recommend...
Read moreIt's a real shame how far this restaurant has gone downhill since it launched. The food in itself is not necessarily bad however they are not open When it's posted online, nor when they're signs say at the restaurant. I've come multiple times just to find they've closed hours early. If you try calling to check their hours, the line has a busy signal and will automatically hang up on you. when they do have their food out, sometimes an hour and a 1/2 before they close they they'll have a lot of food missing/unavailable. They'll say they ran out, even main items like beans, rice and salad. when really they have some in the back they just don't want to have to go get it. Last week there was over an 1¹/² hours before close and they had all the food sitting in ziploc bags in their little containers and when I asked for lettuce they only gave me a couple flakes. saying we're almost out. when I pressed the issue, turns out they had multiple bags in the back they just didn't want to get it. (Not even that they didn't want to chop it, just retrieve it). So fundamentally although you might enjoy their food the chances of getting there when they're open or they're actually providing all the ingredients are slim to none. And the likelihood of getting good, nice or even half decent service is infinitesimal. Today 2 hours before close I arrived. staff was in there talking around the register, & someone else was washing the tables. when I tried to open the door or get their attention not 1 person would look at me or give me any signal that they're closed or anything the door was just locked and they would not...
