On 01/26/24, I had the unfortunate experience of reaching out to your company via phone, seeking information and assistance. To my dismay, the interaction with your worker was anything but pleasant. I regret to inform you that your worker exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior throughout our conversation, and I was ultimately met with a disconcerting hang-up.
As a customer, I believe in the importance of respectful and courteous communication, which contributes significantly to a positive image of any organization. Unfortunately, my encounter with this girl has left me with a negative impression of your company's customer service. It is my hope that through education and coaching, she can enhance their communication skills and better represent your company's values. Read moreThe audiologist was wonderful! Dr. Lee is okay. I have seen him twice and felt rushed both times. Now, check out is the reason why I am leaving this review. The ladies were loudly engaged in personal conversations as if I was not standing there. The lady on the far left was the worst! Her colleague had to ask me if I needed to check out. Finally, I get acknowledged and she just sticks her hand out for my documentation. Takes it and rudely says, “Is that all you need?” Really? No, Have a good day…Thank you…Hope you feel better…nothing! I will not be back! Customer care is too important...
Read morePlease be careful when making appt here. Some of these residents doctor's are not sensitive to you as a patient. They have this magical thing going on that they can tell you about your own body when you been living in it all your life. I can not stand for a doctor who does t listen to the patients! Your medical sense out weigh your listening to your patients and what they are telling you. SMH I want be going back there.
